Welcome to Country Paws. We are a dog care facility with a separate 1/2 acre fully fenced yard for you and your furry friends to run and play. Your pups safety is our top priority here. We can't wait to meet you and your four legged family members and friends. We like to meet all our first time guest. Just come check in with us at the main building.

A .63 acre dog sanctuary for you and your pup. The yard is well maintained with dog friendly grass and has incredible views of the Hood Canal and Puget Sound. If you're interested, there is private beach access for you and your pup to explore miles of beach (public but almost always empty). There are numerous dog toys available and a massive 6+ person, dog friendly couch you can relax on and watch the canal when you need a break! Regarding the beach, there are approximately 50 steps which you will need to climb up and down to access the beach so please wear proper footwear. As this is on the Hood Canal and not a lake or a pond, tides impact the size of the beach. If you are hoping to walk endless miles of beach, the tide will need to be at 2ft or below. Anything under 4ft will give you a massive area (probably 1/2 mile or more) and almost guaranteed private area as only people with stairs can access the beach at this tide level. Though the beach is open at any point, I think the maximum height you would probably want to go is about 6.5ft. This still gives you and your dog a decent sized area to play in (approximately 500ft by 30ft or 1/2 acre). Photos 16 and 17 show the beach at 6.25ft with a very large sandy area for you and your pup to play in. Anything above 6.5 ft is not recommended as the beach just gets thinner and thinner, but you're able to try if you want. (no refunds given if you don't like what you find). You are responsible for checking out the tides before you go. Legally, I can't recommend any specific source for you to use, but you might find good information Googling "tide chart port ludlow". Regarding ADA Accessibility, my property is on a gently sloping hill. To access it, there are 2 very wide concrete steps to get to the grass. This would be doable for someone on crutches and probably ok for a regular wheelchair if you had a second person to help lower you to each step and pull you up. It's definitely not accessible to a motorized wheelchair. Sorry.

We offer a full acre of manicured pasture. There are two wading pools for dogs to play in toys, balls, peeposts, fire hydrants, and even a large sunshade, which will put you in the mindset of the far off middle east. There are large, comfortable seats and more ! Come check us out! !

Awesome fully fenced backyard, with playground and fun accessories (agility accessories such as hoops, tunnels, poles…). Fresh water, lots of tennis balls and tons of space for zoomies and fun!

Large yard with two sides wood fence and two side chainlink fence. Two spaces to sit and relax. Large playset, trampoline and toys available for children. Dog and human refreshments provided on hot days. Please note that due to the sections of chainlink and potential sight of other pups we do not recommend our yard to reactive dogs.

Welcome! Hot summer days call for a doggie pool. Let your buddies run and play on our field, then take a break getting their paws wet or laying in our doggie cool pool! Please note that my booking window is only 14 days out. Please check back for later dates. We hope the humans will enjoy the peacefulness of the field with surrounding woods and peek-a-boo views of the valley. Since our SniffSpot is behind our outbuilding, you have lots of privacy and rarely see anyone during your visit. Our field offers shade at all times of day and often a breeze in the afternoon. It can be very pleasant on hot days. We have a hose with a sprayer if your dog needs an extra cool down. We have toys and balls for the dogs, a covered area with chairs, a couple chairs in the field that can be moved to the shade or sun, poop bags and water bowl by the hose. We have a reserved parking space just for you! My default is to keep my dog in the house while you arrive and depart. He could possibly in his separate dog run by the split rail fence. If you know that seeing him might upset your dog, let me know and I'll make sure he's not seen.

Our property is shy of 12 acres, 9+ acres of which we're sharing as a private off leash dog space or Sniffspot. The entrance is over the bridge where the creek is and 'From Creek to Back of Property' is all yours to explore. You may unleash your doggies right after the bridge and chain the gate if you want. Dogs might run down the creek for a splash or drink. Continue on to our family campground, there are picnic tables you could use. Then, up the hill you go to 'hike up the mini forest', free to roam around, listen to the birds, squirrels and other critters and sounds that nature brings you. You'll find seating areas while your dogs are at play, feel free to use them. Enjoy a picnic with your loved ones if you're up for it on one of the cabin porches or covered / uncovered picnic tables. The back of property behind fence is DNR land, so rest assured you’re on your own private little world with your furry buddies. The mini forest has some large walking paths and smaller trails scattered about, also some open meadows and is at a peaceful wooded setting. This is where I go to unwind and relieve my head of stress and worries. It’s my place of meditation, while my dogs sniff and romp around like crazy, do their zoomies and play hide n seek! *If you want to save a little bit of moolah, check out Sniffpass. Forget about the gym, you'll get your exercise here with your dogs. If you have older dog/s and would like to drive below the hill to park so the fur buddy don't get exhausted, message me.* Some of you have asked about the cabins. Our beautiful very scenic Barkley Park sits on over 5 acres, just 3 miles from Old Town Lake Stevens. A little over an acre is securely and newly fenced for your dogs to free run for safe exercise. Our large acreage is open for you to explore and walk as well. Enjoy different places to sit and take in the landscape and open spaces of nature while your dogs gets to play and safe exercise. A lovely place for a picnic. Our park has both sunny areas, and shady areas at all times of the day. Fetch on a few different long, and large lawns that are non fenced that are for Zone Fetching off leash, for those that are in full control of the friendly dogs. We are off the road and a safe quiet private property. No mud ever, all of our property drains properly and is well maintained. We have plenty of parking, our setting is very private above large homestead acreage quiet farmland fields of the Schwarzmiller River Valley, Barkley Park is just 3 miles from old town Lake Stevens. If you choose to be adventurous you may choose to visit the forest area behind the fenced area. It’s a steep hill up with natural woodland ground, lots of ferns, beautiful nature untouched. Old trails exist, we have not cleared them in recent years, very safe exercise, just watch your footing. We have running water with a hose for your convenience at our pump house. Some weekends we have a bakery table of Organic European Sourdough loaves, baguettes, fresh scones,cookies,picnic lunch sandwiches, and of course pup treats. You may often see myself, my husband and my mother enjoying the house yard, and patio, working on the property and gardens, area around our homes. An occasional family member might stop by our house unannounced, and deliveries might occur. We live above farms that takes care of their fields so you may hear mowing in the distance in the valley we set above. We also have 2 very large friendly cats. Please be careful with your dogs if you see an occasional cat. Please leash your dog/dogs upon arrival until you become aware of the setting. We are located in the Roosevelt neighborhood of Bellingham. Our "back 40" is a mostly maintained lawn with several trees for shade and a covered back porch for resting. Two sides of the "back forty" are bordered with a 6 foot cedar privacy fence. The far back of the yard borders a city watershed with a 6 foot chain link fence. Deer can often be spotted on the watershed but will leave the area once you and your fur baby arrive. Please consider posting a picture of you and your dog playing on our back forty. :)

We are so excited to welcome you here! Once you book, please tell us a little bit about your dog and their needs. We’d love to hear feedback about the meadow and anything we can do to make it a great experience for your pup and you. GETTING HERE 9420 West Saanich Rd - This is the first driveway north of Ardmore golf course on the west side of West Saanich. - Drive up the long driveway, take the sudden left turn at the farmhouse, and straight ahead another 3 metres is the SniffSpot meadow -Park there (you'll see a chalkboard sign) - The meadow is on your left THE MEADOW - this is a fully-fenced 1/2 acre with 5ft tall fences resting a few inches off the ground. It is secure for small dogs. - it is a shady spot with dappled sunlight, full of deciduous ornamental trees, wild mint, and grasses - there is a flock of chickens next to the dog meadow, visible but protected by fencing AMENITIES - water and a dog bowl are at the front of the gate. Use the spigot and hose to fill the bowl as needed - an electric outlet is here as well for charging devices - garbage is in the “pan-insula” bin clearly marked at the entrance to the meadow. Put dog waste in the garbage bin, not the compost bin.

Beautiful 1 acre, fully fenced backyard, lots of green, some areas are mildly manicured. Backs up to a huge hill. Backyard has lots of blackberries, fig trees, apple tree, and herbs. Wonderful place to sit peacefully or play around!

The back yard where you’ll be is all grass with a small patio area surrounded by a secure 6 foot wood fence with a double gated entry. •Please note• We have added a seasonal pool for the humans (location in yard shown in photos) that is off limits to guests and is gated off with a wire fence. Wading pool, hose, or sprinkler available as extra add ons upon request. We have a table, chairs, and patio umbrellas you’re welcome to use as well as any dog toys that are in the yard. If it’s raining during your visit or your dog(s) will be doing water play, I’ll provide a towel. There is a power outlet next to the slider you’re welcome to use.

I bought this house for my dog Zeus because of the large yard. Zeus enjoyed it for many years before he passed in 2023 at the age of 16. He would have wanted other dogs to get to enjoy it too.

Space includes a small wooded area within the fenced area. Bathroom available on site in the smaller barn. SMOKE FREE ZONE. Pick up after dogs, garbage bin provided. There are a few seniors visiting with mobility issues which is taken into consideration when there is poop left behind. You can always message me and let me know a general area and I can try to run out and pick it up between the next visit. There are some small gaps in the fence, so this is a great spot for large and medium sized dogs. Not a spot recommended for small dogs or severely reactive. Please keep dogs leashed until it is your time slot and are in the designated area and keep in mind you may pass another dog owner with their dog on a leash leaving or entering the spot. IF YOU CAN NOT CONTROL YOUR DOG ON A LEASH WHEN PASSING ANOTHER DOG PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS SPOT. Lots of seniors visit this spot and they may need some extra time to walk to their cars. For the most part spacing between guests has been good. Please read the essential rules the website has suggested in order to keep this a fun and safe place for dogs. Guests can be blocked from booking again if they do not respect the space or who are rude to me. Please check the spot descriptions for all details regarding animals on the property. 3000 sqft of play area for your pets. Covers 3 sides of the house with variety of terrain - grass, clover, mulch, soil, stones, pavers, composite deck, concrete. We have a female large breed dog so there'll always be something to sniff for your dog. Occasionally bunny and squirrel sightings. We are currently restoring our lawn so it may be patchy.

Our facility has a fenced off-leash Dog Park with Agility Equipment with unfenced on-leash grassy potty area just outside. Our agility course is complete with multiple single jumps, A-frame, dog walk, tunnel, teeter and weave poles. On-leash trail walk through our wooded trails behind the dog park for a small additional fee. Cedarbrook Farms is a 60 acre farm with about half of this acreage as wooded trails behind the dog agility park. The main trail loop is to the right and is maintained (however there are two wet spots, we recommend you wear boots in the rainy season), the loop to the left may or may not be maintained. You can access the main loop out the back gate of the dog park (be sure to close and secure the gate behind you) or if you go out the front dog park gate, walk around towards the back of the dog park and hang right when you see trail options. There are single track cross through trails through the center of the main loop that you can explore at your leisure as well. The main loop is about a 10-15 minute walk depending on your pace. Dogs must remain on leash at all times in the unfenced areas, horses/dogs share use of these trails. There is a portapotty available on site at the main arena barn, please have your dog in the car prior to approaching the arena barn area. We also have Cedarbrook Veterinary Care, veterinarian Dr. Hannah Mueller, on site and offer canine acupuncture, chiropractic, SCENAR and Theraplate. I have a fully-fenced third of an acre backyard with a variety of grass, dirt, and weeds hanging out, at the moment. Lots of room for your pups to run, play fetch and roll around. There’s a spigot and a dog bowl for your pups to use as needed, and poop bags and a trash bin for your convenience. Please pick up poop before you head home for the day. ❤️ Please park on the grassy corner off of 126th and walk your pups east on 126th to the chain link fence gate by the big cedar tree! That’s the easiest entry point. 👍 🚌 School is back in session, and there’s a school bus stop on the other side of my fence. This field is only 30 mins north of Seattle, very close to I-5 and 405. It is relatively flat and a lot of fun for dogs to run and sniff. Wide-open space for running, digging and has quite a bit of shade to one side—a lot of space for retrieving balls or to walk around and sniff. The fencing is very secure and 8 feet tall. There is a power line over head. Given the current COVID-19 situation: please bring your own toys, water bowl, and chairs. Given the current wet season (=soft dirt), PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE/VAPE anywhere on the property nor ALLOW YOUR DOGS TO DIG ALONG THE FENCE LINE. A 4 acre fenced in meadow that is used for alpacas to graze, is also used for an off-leash dog play area. Parking at Meadow entry gates. Dog owners must check in at the reception desk in the main lodge and sign a liability waiver for first visit.
