I owned and operated Rocksteady Kennels and Dog Behavior Center for 21 years before retiring. Our property is on 34 beautiful acres which includes a five acre field with a path cut around the perimeter. A pond for swimming and woods to explore. No fences.

the yard is unfenced there is a public trail next door that leads to many ponds and a stream. Dogs can swim in the streams as there are many pockets. there is a field next door but it is not owned. plenty of space to run around. Dog toys included. there is a small man made pond with a water feature that allows small dogs to swim. I do have ducks but i will make sure to have put away in their coop. they will not be visible. please make sure to leave them alone and do not tamper with their coop!

Two fields of 4 acres each are available for the sniff spot; one field has 7 baby apple trees and the other has a very large, flat area for the dogs to run. You should have both flea and tick medications up-to-date since deer and groundhogs often walk through the fields in the early morning and evening.
