We have a fire pit with seating in one of the grass acres. There are no longer Alpacas and goats here as they’ve moved to the farm down the road. But you will come across Canadian Geese and Wild Turkeys, and sometimes Deer. As you drive by the red barn to the parking area you will sometimes see our dog friendly dog Butch in his gated area most likely sleeping! 😄 Once you reach your parking it is private and you are alone.

We offer a laid-back, luxury, resort-like setting; open field, lots of grass meadows, xl in-ground, concrete, dog-friendly pool (seasonal-Opens May 20th), huge fenced pool deck with lots of natural parkour levels, fenced tennis court, indoor washroom in the poolside cabana house, large outdoor fire-pit etc etc with loads of room for both dogs and their people. Two people and one dog are included in this price point and everyone is welcome in the pool! We use skimmer basket socks and an upgraded filtration system in order to be able to offer this one of a kind experience! Extra people and pets are welcome for extra fees. Please book accordingly. We also offer curated snacks and cold beverages at a cost. Please review extras. Our property is almost fully fenced, with partially fenced areas for both big and small dogs in mind. We provide a water hose and bucket for dog’s drinking. We have several lux seating areas for you and tennis, basketball and lawn games (upon request) to keep you and the kids busy. For the dogs we have all sorts of fun activities; natural parkour around the pool deck and lots of areas to keep them interested! There is a pooper scooper. We compost waste so no bags needed. We have a full schedule and need the in between times to reset. As well, some of our clients have dogs that are both other pet and human reactive so we would never want any of our guests to meet other guests. NOTE: the pool is a beautiful concrete pool with a wide staircase comfortable for people and pets to enter. We have an upgraded filtration system in order to be able to offer this incredible experience in this beautiful space, however, we all have to work together to ensure it remains very well maintained and as such, we ask that your pets be very well groomed before entering the pool. There are forest trails and trails around our hay fields. **Please note **Our residential areas are off limits, please stick to the trails and blue markers. Please do not enter any of the buildings on our property. When you come up the driveway veer to the right, there is a marked parking spot for you and your pup. Fall, winter and early spring are great months for ball chasers as we have big open fields. Mid spring and summer we have hay growing and ask you and your pups to follow the trails around the hay fields. There are a couple of cows on the neighboring property, this is only for a very small portion on one of the fields.

The arena is 8450sq ft of sand, fully fenced and located on a horse farm. There is a separate entrance near the parking lot for easy arrival and great for dogs who do not like to see other animals/people. Reactive dogs can be accommodated and are welcome - we know they need play time too! Pooper scooper/pitchfork and trash can are provided, please clean up after yourself and your dog. We ask that you do not let them excessively dig in the footing - a rake has been provided if needed. There may be jumps, large balls and dog toys in the arena which you are welcome to use. Dogs must be on leash when entering and exiting and at all times when outside of the arena. **During the summer months the large arena door is open for airflow, it is gated and most large dogs can not sneak out. If you have a small dog or an escape artist please feel free to pull it closed. Alternatively let us know before your arrival and we can close it for your visit.**

We host a beekeeper who has about 40 hives on a well-marked and avoidable section of one trail. The bees are out only from April to October but please avoid the hives anyway. Read the reviews to get a good sense for what kind of experience you will have. We are grateful for all the positive feedback and pledge to make your experience just as fantastic.
