Ladawna's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Murfreesboro

Fully Fenced
0.1 acres

Hi there! I have a nearly half-acre, fully-fenced, fun yard with plenty of sniff spots for your sweet puppers! I also have comfy outdoor seating where you can rest, take cute photos of your doggo, scroll social media - whatever you like - while you’re there. There’s even a hammock if you want to stretch out a bit. Super quiet so take your time! I have a little indoor dog, but he can’t access the backyard on his own. (But if your dog likes company, he’s very friendly and I’m happy to let him out so they can play 🤗).

(𝐍𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝟕 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐥.) **𝟱𝟬% 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗱𝗼𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁! Off the beaten path, this spot is great for pups who need a large fenced playland to run and sniff and explore…and for the people who love them. :) Your reservation time includes private use of 5 fenced acres with rolling hills, seasonal views, sun and shade, a variety of natural landscaping, seating, and unlimited opportunities for exciting smells! Finding our tucked-away location, understanding how to access our spot, and following the “poop rules” of our spot require careful reading of (and diligence in following) directions. **DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS** for these are provided after your booking. We have high expectations that our guests will be good partners in keeping our spot a comfortable and safe place to relax for our next visitors. :) 𝐓𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: 𝟏) This Sniffspot is an off-road adventure! You will be driving on a dirt/gravel path, will park on grass/dirt, and may cross the small creek by foot. Conditions get muddy and access changes during wet weather, so please be prepared to follow posted signage. 𝟐) Access to the property requires unlatching and opening a drive-through gate. 𝟑) Access to the fenced Sniffspot requires parking before a small creek crossing and walking leashed dog over creek and about 500 feet along mowed path OR driving across the creek and parking by Sniffspot gated entrance. The choice is left to visitor discretion, but it is STRONGLY recommended that low-clearance vehicles (sedans, vans, etc) do NOT drive over the creek. 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝. 𝟒) **There are unfenced farm dogs on the property. They are unlikely to approach you as you enter the spot but may bark from a distance. No dogs aside from visiting dogs will be in the fenced-in spot. Dog barking is audible and dogs are visible while in the spot. 𝟓) There is a marked “creek spot” outside the fenced Sniffspot gate. Feel free to explore this small portion of the seasonal creek with your leashed pup during your reservation! 𝟔) It’s always recommended to walk the perimeter of the fence with your dog leashed when you arrive to ensure no fencing issues. 𝟕) POOP RULES: 𝟒 𝐏𝐎𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐑 𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐕𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐃; 𝐍𝐎 𝐏𝐎𝐎𝐏 𝐁𝐀𝐆𝐒 𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄. We are interested in reducing the landfill footprint of pup visitors, so our poop disposal method is nontraditional but easy. (a) Preferred if possible: If dogs poop OUTSIDE the fenced spot in the tall grass, no pickup required! (b) If dogs poop INSIDE the fenced spot, use the provided pooper scoopers (3 located along the fenceline, 1 at the shed) to toss poop over the fencelines, easy peasy. (c) 𝐈𝐅 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐏𝐎𝐎𝐏 𝐁𝐀𝐆𝐒, 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐌 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐘𝐎𝐔. 𝟖) Cushioned seating and hammocks are for people only, please. 𝟗) No children under age 7 are allowed without prior approval. Please message with request. 𝟏𝟎) There are some old farm implements half-buried in the ground in a brushy area. Not for playing or climbing on or near. Offering Sniffspot allows our family a unique opportunity to share our beautiful property with others. We are very cognizant of the rapid subdividing and development of rural land in Middle Tennessee, and we are hoping to continue offering our property as a peaceful escape to enjoy the beauty of the area. Thanks for your support towards this goal! :) 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦 We are proud of our wild homeplace and love sharing its beauty and peacefulness with others! This property has been in our family since the early 1800s, and in fact, our children are the 8th generation to live in our old farmhouse. :) This fenced 5-acre portion of the property is nestled on 235 acres less than an hour from Nashville. Plentiful Hill is a wild place. We aim to make it accessible and enjoyable to visitors, but we ultimately submit to the inescapable power, beauty, and essence of nature. Please anticipate and prepare for normal outdoor issues including bug bites, snake encounters, and severe weather. We work hard to keep our spot maintained during the growing months, but bug spray (with Deet is the most effective) and tick checks are necessary to ensure you and your pups stay happy and healthy. :) *** You may hear the occasional gunshot from neighboring properties. That is common down in the country, especially during hunting season from Nov through Jan, and it can be startling. There is no shooting/hunting on our property.*** The Town of Chapel Hill is 10 minutes away and has several Dollar Generals, a small grocery store, several restaurants, a laundry mat, and a few boutique shops...enough to cover any essential needs you have while out visiting this way! We’re less than 30 minutes from Spring Hill and Lewisburg, less than 40 minutes from Franklin, Columbia, and Murfreesboro, and, surprisingly, less than 50 minutes from downtown Nashville. These are difficult times for a lot of folks, and we want our property to be a safe and inviting place for people of all backgrounds and their pets. It's important to us that people of color, those in the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone else who might sometimes feel unwelcomed in outdoor spaces feel especially comfortable and accepted while visiting our place.

Rovers Retreat's 50 Acre Mostly Fenced Private Dog Park In Spring Hill

Partially Fenced
50 acres

**WELCOME TO ROVERS RETREAT** Hi! My name is Lea, and my family and I have been fortunate to call this beautiful piece of land home for the past eight years. My grandmother gave the property to us before she passed away in 2020 at the age of 99, and this land has always been very special to our family. I grew up spending time here with my Memama, helping her milk the goats and riding my horse, Beauty. Today, my husband and I live here with our daughter and our three dogs. We are not farmers yet, but we love the peaceful, natural character of the land and all the memories tied to it. Before we built our home here, we used to bring our own dogs out to run, dig, explore, chase critters, and simply get all of their energy out. They absolutely loved it. Now we want to share that same experience with other dogs and their people. Rovers Retreat is approximately 50 acres of beautiful, private, raw Tennessee land where dogs can have the space to simply be dogs. **ABOUT THE PROPERTY** This is raw, natural land, not a manicured dog park. You will find large open fields, hills, native vegetation, and plenty of room to walk, explore, play ball or Frisbee, or simply relax with your dog. Please look at the property map included in our listing photos before your visit. It will help you understand the areas available for exploring and the few areas we ask guests to avoid. When you enter the property, we prefer that guests explore the fields on the right side of the driveway first. During parts of the summer, hay may be growing in some of the fields. We provide hay for cattle on a neighboring property, so when hay is growing, we will keep a mowed walking path through the field specifically for guests and their dogs. Please stay on the mowed path so the hay crop is protected. When hay is not growing, you are welcome to enjoy the open areas of the fields, including the center portions, for walking, hiking, playing Frisbee, throwing tennis balls, or simply letting your dog enjoy the space. We also have two picnic areas. One is located in the middle portion of the property and is a great place to sit down, enjoy a picnic lunch, throw a ball, or take a break with your dog. **PARKING & GUEST AMENITIES** When you enter the property, you will see the designated parking area on your left. Near the parking area, you will find a picnic table, doggy waste bags, trash cans, tennis balls in a metal container, bug spray, and a basic first-aid kit. Please return the tennis balls when you are finished. If you notice that we are getting low on doggy bags, bug spray, first-aid supplies, or any of the other guest items, we would greatly appreciate you letting us know so we can restock them for the next visitor. Please pick up all dog waste during your visit using the bags provided and dispose of all used doggy bags and other trash in the provided trash cans before leaving. **WATER STATION** Across the driveway from the parking area, you will find a water spigot and hose, along with water bowls and buckets for your dogs. You are welcome to give your dog fresh water there or fill your own dog water bottles before heading farther out onto the property. After your walk, you are also welcome to use the hose to rinse mud or dirt off your dog before leaving. Depending on the weather and how adventurous your dog is, they may get muddy, so we recommend bringing a towel with you. **FENCING & OFF-LEASH USE** The property is fenced, but much of the fencing is older agricultural fencing, and there may be gaps or areas where a small, determined, or escaping dog could potentially get through. We strongly recommend walking the property with your dog on leash first, especially if your dog is a runner, has unreliable recall, or is difficult to control. If your dog has excellent recall and stays close to you, you can decide when you are comfortable allowing them to explore off leash. **NATURAL TERRAIN** Please remember that this is raw countryside. You may encounter uneven ground, mud, tall grass, insects, poison ivy, stinging nettle, and other native vegetation. Please wear sturdy shoes that completely cover your feet and dress appropriately for walking through natural Tennessee countryside. **WOODS & WILDLIFE** Please stay out of the wooded areas and do not allow your dogs to enter them. Deer, wild turkeys, coyotes, groundhogs, and other wildlife live on and around the property, and we want to respect their habitat and avoid disturbing them. **POND AREA** Please stay out of the pond and keep your dogs away from it. A sign is posted near the pond stating: **“Enter the pond at your own risk. No diving or swimming.”** The pond is surrounded by vegetation and may not be easy to see from a distance. The water can become muddy and stagnant, so we do not want guests or dogs entering or drinking from it. We also have a family of groundhogs that lives near the pond, and we ask that their habitat not be disturbed. If your dog accidentally gets into the pond, you are welcome to use the hose at the water station to rinse them off before leaving. **OUR HOME** Please remain at least **100 yards away from our home**. We have our own dogs on the property. They are safely secured and fenced, but they may bark when they see or hear visitors. **TRACTOR & EQUIPMENT AREA** You may see our tractor and equipment near a green shed. Please remain at least **100 yards away from this area** and do not allow dogs or children to approach or climb on any equipment. **RED BARN & STORAGE AREA** On the left-side field, on the same side of the property where you park your vehicle, you may see a small red barn, rocks, stored materials, and other items on the far side of the field. Please stay well away from this entire area and do not allow dogs or children to approach it. **MOST OF ALL, ENJOY YOUR VISIT** Other than the restricted areas listed above, we want you to relax, explore, and enjoy yourselves. Walk the hills, explore the fields, throw a Frisbee, play ball, have a picnic, and let your dog sniff, run, and enjoy the outdoors. We feel incredibly fortunate to have this land, and we are happy to share a little piece of it with you and your dogs. **TENNESSEE AGRITOURISM WARNING NOTICE** **WARNING** Under Tennessee law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location or by this agritourism professional if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. **You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.** **Tenn. Miles of marked hiking trails, woods and open pasture, a seasonal creek, and getting away from it all while still being close enough...all reserved just for you during your visit! We're honored to host families, friend groups, and hiking buddies who want to enjoy the peacefulness, beauty, and freedom found in adventuring with their pups on private rural land. (**It is up to the dog owner to keep themselves and their dogs on OUR property and not venture into a neighbor's area.**) Towels, water dish, hammock, table and chairs, and trail maps are available at the Welcome Station. A primitive outhouse is available for visitor use and is a little walk from the Welcome Station. :) The portion of the property for our dog guests and their people is 140 acres of beautiful woods and spacious open fields less than an hour from Nashville. This part of the property has several cedar glades, marked hiking trails, karst topography, a seasonal creek, a variety of wildlife, and several benches (one converts to a picnic table) available for guests. We’ve developed and are continually maintaining trails across our property. Some of the trails are wide and open and give you great access to the beautiful pastures. Other trails are narrow and twist through the unendingly interesting woods. All trails have names and are identified with signs and posted maps. The woods trails are also marked with flags and ribbons to help you stay on track. The terrain varies from flat and open to hilly and wooded. If you need the fresh air, chance to recharge, and time to explore as much as your pup, this is the place for you! Our property is unfenced, and there are some neighbor homes near the property lines. It is essential that your dogs stay close to you and don’t bother anything outside our property. Plentiful Hill is a wild place. We aim to make it accessible and enjoyable to visitors, but we ultimately submit to the inescapable power, beauty, and essence of nature. Please anticipate and prepare for normal outdoor issues including bug bites, snake encounters, and severe weather. We work hard to keep paths mowed/accessible during the growing months, but bug spray (with Deet is the most effective) and tick checks are necessary to ensure you and your pups stay happy and healthy. :) ***Because this property has been a farm for more than 200 years, you may find some old implements, trash, and wire fencing left over from all those years ago. Staying on the trails while in the woods is advised. Also, you may hear the occasional gunshot from neighboring properties.

Frequently asked questions about Fayetteville dog parks

Are private dog parks better than public dog parks in Fayetteville?

Yes, private dog parks in Fayetteville eliminate the major risks of public facilities: unpredictable dog encounters, inattentive owners, disease transmission, and chaotic environments. With Sniffspot's 321 private locations in Fayetteville, you get complete privacy during your booking, professionally maintained spaces, and flexible scheduling. No more worrying about aggressive dogs or unsafe conditions. 5 Fenced Acres at Plentiful Hill Farm and other highly-rated Fayetteville locations consistently receive 5-star reviews for safety and cleanliness.

Are Sniffspot dog parks in Fayetteville safe for all dog types?

Absolutely! Fayetteville Sniffspot locations welcome puppies learning socialization, senior dogs needing gentle exercise, small dogs who feel overwhelmed at public parks, high-energy dogs needing room to run, and reactive dogs requiring privacy. The completely private bookings mean each dog gets exactly the environment they need with no compromises. Whether your dog is friendly, selective, anxious, or anywhere in between, Fayetteville has 321 options to match their temperament.

When can puppies start visiting dog parks in Fayetteville?

Puppies can visit Fayetteville Sniffspot locations as soon as they have age-appropriate vaccinations (typically around 8-10 weeks with their first round of shots). Unlike public dog parks where you'd wait until puppies are fully vaccinated at 16+ weeks, Sniffspot's private bookings eliminate disease risk from unknown dogs. This early, safe socialization in Fayetteville helps prevent fear and reactivity issues later. Many Fayetteville trainers specifically use Sniffspot for puppy development.

How do I find private dog parks near me in Fayetteville?

Browse Fayetteville's 321 private dog parks on Sniffspot by entering your zip code or neighborhood. Filter by distance (within 5, 10, or 25 miles), then narrow by features: fully fenced, "fewer dogs seen/heard," specific amenities like fully fenced dog parks or small dog parks. Each Fayetteville listing shows photos, reviews, exact location, and instant availability. 5 Fenced Acres at Plentiful Hill Farm is particularly popular among Fayetteville dog owners.

Are Fayetteville dog parks good for small dogs?

Yes! Many Fayetteville Sniffspot hosts specifically mark their spaces as "small dog friendly," meaning they're sized appropriately for toy breeds and small dogs. Unlike public dog parks where small dogs can be intimidated or injured by larger dogs, Fayetteville private bookings give your small dog the entire space. Filter for secure fencing with no gaps, smaller yard sizes, and hosts who cater to petite pups. Some Fayetteville dog park locations even have separate small dog areas.

What's the difference between Sniffspot and public dog parks in Fayetteville?

The biggest difference is privacy and control. Public dog parks in Fayetteville mean sharing space with unknown dogs and owners. You can't control who shows up or how they behave. Sniffspot's 321 Fayetteville locations give you private bookings where only your dogs are present. You choose the time, the space, and the environment. Plus, you get amenities like fully fenced dog parks, small dog parks, and maintained cleanliness that public parks can't guarantee.

Do Fayetteville dog parks allow senior dogs?

Yes! Fayetteville Sniffspot locations are excellent for senior dogs who need gentle exercise without the stress of public dog parks. Older dogs can explore at their own pace, rest when needed, and avoid being knocked over by rambunctious dogs. Look for Fayetteville spots with flat terrain, shaded areas, easy access, and smaller sizes if your senior has limited mobility. The privacy means your older dog can enjoy off-leash time safely and comfortably.

Can I rent a private dog park in Fayetteville by the hour?

Yes! All 321 Sniffspot locations in Fayetteville are available for hourly rental. Most bookings are 1-2 hours, though you can reserve longer if needed. Book instantly through the platform, arrive during your time slot, and have the entire space to yourself. Many Fayetteville dog owners rent weekly for consistent, safe exercise for their dogs.
