Two people and one dog are included in this price point and everyone is welcome in the pool! We use skimmer basket socks and an upgraded filtration system in order to be able to offer this one of a kind experience! Extra people and pets are welcome for extra fees. Please book accordingly. Please do not enter any of the buildings on our property. When you come up the driveway veer to the right, there is a marked parking spot for you and your pup. Fall, winter and early spring are great months for ball chasers as we have big open fields. Mid spring and summer we have hay growing and ask you and your pups to follow the trails around the hay fields. There are a couple of cows on the neighboring property, this is only for a very small portion on one of the fields.

It’s the 1st house on your left east of the 400 or 1st house on your right west of Jane. When u turn in the drive way follow it to the left and then slight right, you’ll see the house. U can park beside the barn and have an awesome walk, sniff all the things. Bring rain boots or shoes u don’t love lol It can get mucky on the trails at times. Also, there may be farmers out there so if your dog is reactive, maybe come on a weekend. I use the term “trails” loosely as yes, there are trails but there’s also a lot of forested areas. Feel free to venture in there but bring the “EAU DE BUG SPRAY”. The skeeters are nasty out here. I also LOVE seeing the pics of the pups having a roll in the dirt or just living their best life. Bring on the photoshoot!
