Located in a quiet agricultural/residential area, our pasture is just ½ mile from a Jennings State Forest trail entrance—perfect if you’d like to enjoy a walk before or after your play session. The property is thoughtfully divided to suit different play styles: Front ⅔: Open, grassy field—great for fetch, zoomies, training, or picnicking together. Back ⅓: A mix of field and shaded trees—ideal for sniffing, exploring, and cooling off on warm days. You’re welcome to enjoy the entire acre or keep your play to one section—whatever works best for your dog. Amenities Provided: Fresh water trough with automatic refill Off-street grassy parking right in front of the gate Secure agricultural-style entry gate. To remove the chain lift, twists in slide out of notch in gate. To secure the chain do the opposite. Trash can on site for easy clean-up Important Notes: Neighboring properties do have pets and farm animals—please keep your dog safely within the fence. 1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are occasionally in an adjacent fenced area. Although we put up a visual barrier in that area, they may bark when you are nearby. NEW in July: We just added a small pool under the water park sprinkler play feature - perfect for beating the summer heat! Also, we added a wooden bridge which is the perfect location for a photo op! We have a number of fun features for dogs, including three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a dirt pile, two tunnels, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating plus 5 Adirondack chairs - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and an umbrella are located inside the bench seat near the entrance. We can also host dog birthday parties, gotcha day parties, or breed/litter get-togethers! Hi there. I have a 12 acre hay pasture that is fenced for livestock but does not have dog proof fencing on all sides unless you have a (very) large dog. There is a pond that dogs love to play in, and a dirt mound for digging. There are plenty of pecan trees for shade. The neighbors on one side have a dog (i think), and sometimes people ride their horses down the dirt road and can be seen. People are rarely seen.
