A good size small/medium dogs, or large dogs who don’t need the space to sprint, our fully fenced yard is full of mature trees, garden features, and nooks and crannies for your fur baby to explore. Our home is on a corner lot, so one half is fully fenced and one half isn’t fenced - you’re welcome to use either/both areas at your discretion. There’s a nice mix of shady and sunny spots. We have a water hose you’re welcome to, and if you’d like we can set up a kiddy pool (just let us know in advance). There are also some dog toys and poo bags for your use. The humans are welcome to make use of the deck, chairs, table, swings, or campfire pit. We have a 13yo very gentle German Shorthaired Pointer and a 3yo 20lb Cockapoo full of energy. You’ll have the yard to yourselves, but if you’d like for the dogs to play together let us know and we can have a play date (assuming it’s safe for everyone - our dogs aren’t territorial about their yard and have been happy to share with visitors). So grab a coffee, a good book, and enjoy the yard while your furry companion explores!

**IMPORTANT** Your booking includes either Area 2 or Area 3 (depending on the size of your dog and which you prefer) If you want to use Area 1, 5 or 6 (our pool areas), please select the relevant extra. Then your booking switch from Area 2/3 to Area 1, 5 or 6. If you want to book Area 1 or 2 in addition to the extra, please create a new booking without any extra. We have Multiple areas available for rent (privately between you and your friends) ranging in square footage. Area 1 (5,460 sq ft) is a Dock Diving pool area, great for dogs who are confident swimmers and divers. Area 2 (3,150 sq ft) is great for small dogs and hosts some agility equipment. Area 3 (11,913 sq ft) is great for medium and large dogs. Area 5 is our inground pool which is heated and great for dogs and humans. Area 6 is our freshwater filtered splash pond, great for dogs to learn how to swim. Lastly we have a members only dog park (33,706 sq ft). You and your dog have to pass a recall/body language test to make sure everyone is safe, combined with security cameras our dog park really takes it to a new level of fun and safety. We host a beekeeper who has about 40 hives on a well-marked and avoidable section of one trail. The bees won't be out until April but please avoid the hives anyway. With plenty of room to run, explore, and play, this spot is ideal for dogs who need a bit of space to stretch their legs. The area is mostly grassy, with a few shady spots and gentle hills, providing a calm environment away from busy streets. Fresh water and shaded seating are available for both you and your dog to relax and enjoy your time here. We offer 20 acres of woods with some trails for your dogs enjoyment. Please keep your dog on leash until in the dedicated Sniffspot area. Parking for the woods with trails is available along the boulevard at the entrance to the trail. You have to drive past our driveway to get to the entrance. No neighbours to hassle you while making all the noise you want. Grass may be tall or short when you arrive. Trails cut around the perimeter and through the forest to get to the pond. Guests are able to explore the whole property, but please stay to the forest and field areas. We realize sometimes dogs get excited and will venture out of those areas, so dont sweat it. As long as they are having fun, just call them back and continue on your way. We do suggest bringing some bug spray/mosquito repellent.

I have 2 large rescue dogs and know how important it can be to find a safe space for them to run and play in that's off leash. Lots of room for zoomies, toys and the agility structure is a hit with all the dogs. Reinforced lattice and bottoms of the fence so it's great for tiny dogs too! 100% private so there will be no other dogs in the backyard at the time of your visit; so perfect for reactive dogs to safely enjoy some zoomies and off-leash play! Reservations are always 100% Private; just you and your pup! You may hear my neighbours or neighborhood dogs, but once you're in the backyard, you won't see anyone :) Lot's of toys and activities for dogs including dog sprinkler and wading pool for hot days. Tons of comfy seating and huge deck with table for their humans to relax and watch them get their zoomies out! I ran a dog walking business for 6 years in London and noticed the dog parks were getting very busy and not always an ideal spot to bring your pooch to exercise during busy times. I’m happy to open up my yard for you and your dog to have a more private experience. My own dogs will be inside during your visits although you may hear them bark when you arrive. I’m always happy to receive any feedback good or bad so I can improve my yard for your next visit. Don’t hesitate to send me a message if you have any questions or need anything. - Please do not allow your dog to urinate on our patio furniture or home. - The deck/turf area is not for use. - Please pick up after your pet. - Be sure to lock the gate with the carabiner clip when using the yard to ensure nobody accidentally opens it or the wind doesn’t blow it open.
