Nothing to do with the space or dog next door. But if you have reactive dogs keep it in mind that you may have to do some distracting. Fantastic spot! I have a dog that constantly scans fences to get out and not once did I think she coild escape. The yard is good sized enough for my two 60lb pups to run themselves out.
There is a puppy and a full grown dog next door so there was a bit of friendly barking through the fence. We have a dog reactive dog so we were a little worried about them but at no point could they get to each other and all the tails were wagging so it worked out perfectly for desensitivity training.
