1.5 acres of land in Dairy Flat just 7 minutes from Silverdale and 12 minutes from Albany. Suitable for dog training and off leash. Has farm fencing around the property so ideal for large dogs. A great large property to throw a ball/stick and for the dogs to run! Enjoy the planes flying over from the local airport. Can park in front of the farm gate or enter through farm gate and park on the grass. Farm gate opens into the property. Please close the farm gate behind you and pick up any dog poo. There is also a bin to dispose of your dog poo. Water tap next to the small gate on the house will have a hose attached should you need to hose your dog/s. Please make sure the water tap is turned off once finished. Please do not go through any other closed farm gates on property due to livestock. Thank you.

Has been designed of more of a safe training place for dogs who may be reactive. Ample space to run and play but also alot of obstacles etc for building confidence etc. Deer fenced apart from gate area which is around 1.5m high. If you have an escape artist you will need to keep an eye on them. You can drive right in and shut the gates behind you. Please note this space is also used by others so if you have a last minute booking with less than 2 hours notice we may be using it ourselves on arrival. Depending on whats happening at the time you may have to wait. All bookings with more than 2 hours notice are no problem at all and the space will be empty for you to use.

10 acres bare land with fruit trees spread out large open space for dogs play time & running around . This area is completely private and set away from living spaces on the property. Knee height or higher Long grass, muddy paths , unsteady hills, orchard rows, tall forestry trees some fallen, some Dogs heaven. Livestock views, Must be confirmed prior to booking , Gates are always locked so txt is preferred for contacting. Very back of property backs onto north western motorway however this area at the far back is not the area to be used. If you require fenced paddocks for dog run please state on arrival.
