Hi yall, We hope you’ll enjoy our back yard as much as our dogs do. My wife and I run and manage our spot. Our area here is in a small neighborhood with little to no traffic. You can access the entrance through the left side of the house. Just push the gate and it should open easily. As for parking there is a guest area right in front of the house but the drive way can be used to park if there is no parking available. There will be a smaller little fence that can be closed but you can leave it open as well. We will provide some toys and of course balls so you can play with your dogs free of charge. We additionally have snacks and water if needed. There are poop bags as well. You can find these items on the deck and please feel free to sit down and enjoy a nice seat. Our back yard will have trees with plenty of shade and a large area for the dogs to run around. Some areas of the yard are muddy but it is mostly grassy. If you head down to the property you will find a stream with a sandy beach and an old bench. The stream is only accessible through our property but not fully fenced off due to the running water. But it is a secluded area where your dogs will not be able to run off.

XL backyard with lots of room to romp and some things to climb on (logs, stumps). Yard is entirely fenced, but access gate is hog fence and may allow for very small dogs to slip through. Also some stacked firewood along a 4.5ft fence means some dogs could climb the firewood and jump out. Yard backs to an elementary school and park, so at times there is recess near the back fence (busy), or just generally people at the park. Please do not use the dog kennel/enclosure area.

If you have a reactive dog and would like our dog completely out of sight, message me and I can accommodate that with prior notice. There are neighbors on the side with dogs that your pup may see arriving to the spot. Plenty of street parking in front of the house. Private side yard entrance to the right of the house by the garage. Please use what you see available - dog bags next to the gate, toys on the dog hammock or inside the chest, towels, hose, treats on the glass table and water station for pups, garbage bin by the gate.

Welcome! Just a couple important notes about our yard: We have a couple neighbor dogs that we have zero control over! Please do not book this spot if you, or your pup, wouldn’t do well with that. If you book during a time when it is dark outside, then it will be dark. We have some twinkle lights, but even those are not guaranteed. If we’re home, we will happily turn them on or off for you. Just message us! We have a fully fenced 0.25 acre for you and your pups to enjoy. Feel free to pull up in the driveway and park as close to the chain link gate with Sniffspot! sign (near basketball hoop) as possible. There are extra poop bags as well as a scooper and trash can. When it’s not being used for Sniffspot, the space is used by our kids, so please pick up after your pets! Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to help you enjoy this space. 😊🐶

Spring is one of our favorite seasons—the creek is flowing, the pasture is green, and many guests return again and again to experience it. We are a rural, outdoor property designed for dogs who need room to run, sniff, and decompress. Please note it is partially fenced and bordered by foliage and Abernathy Creek. Other Animals & Activity: • No other dogs are present on the property. • Two cats may be visible; please supervise dogs that chase cats. • The property is mostly quiet; occasional outdoor activity from the homeowner may occur. • Occasional machinery or vehicle noise may be heard from surrounding areas. Terrain: This is a natural field environment. Terrain may include: • Uneven ground • Natural holes or divots • Sloped areas • Tall grass and seasonal vegetation • Mud depending on weather • Rocks, roots, and other natural features • Wildlife and insects Guests should wear appropriate footwear and supervise dogs at all times. There are neighbors and old barns to stay away from but other than that the field behind our house or on the east side is available for you and your dogs to roam. Private fully fenced ~0.17-acre backyard in SW Portland with plenty of open grassy space for dogs to run, sniff, and explore. This spot works especially well for reactive dogs, shy dogs, or high-energy pups that need room to move without encountering other dogs. Your dog will not encounter other dogs during your visit. My dog Bo (80-lb Border Collie mix, 8 years old) can stay inside, or if your dog enjoys socializing he’s happy to join for supervised play. The yard is mostly enclosed with 6-ft wood privacy fencing and secure gates, with a small section of wire fence facing the street where dogs may occasionally see passing activity. Two side gates provide easy entry into the backyard. The space is intentionally simple and sniff-friendly with grass and minimal landscaping so dogs can run, roll, and explore naturally. A separate fenced garden area keeps dogs out of the vegetable beds. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. A nearby backyard sometimes has ducks or chickens, which you may hear occasionally, but most neighboring yards are not visible due to the fencing. Lowkey, small yard in Arbor Lodge. For anybody looking to clown around with some agility equipment, play with high-quality dog toys, and watch their kiddo get the zoomies, book with us! We have reinforced wooden fencing with chicken wire. Neighbours to left (facing house) have no dog, neighbours to right have a medium sized dog who can be vocal but is rarely outside. We have set up a double barrier so fence fighting can be avoided - we have never had this happen but like to be cautious anyway, and give guests peace of mind. This is in a residential neighbourhood so keep that in mind. A-frame, weave poles, and many agility jumps to create your own agility course map. Also, by the stump and along the fence line with ivy your dogs are welcome to dig in the dirt. Just please do not let pups tear up my grass. Thank you!

Pick your fill of blackberries July-August. Please never bring any unvaccinated dog or puppy. Please monitor your dogs and clean up any messes. Extra waste bags are available in the old milk box next to the porch steps. Credits are given to good samaritans for helping with missed piles! Absolutely no digging is allowed. Please do not allow your dog to dig holes. Private areas: the house including the porch, and wrap around garden. Water is provided unless freezing temps are expected May-Sept PLEASE USE SPIGOT Next to House Chimney for water or NEXT TO HOSE BOX by fence. If not working properly, blue yard hydrant handle should always be open (up) in summer months. Park area is east of the driveway then the grass wraps around back of the house.
