Fully Fenced Yard & Driveway Parking

Fully Fenced
0.17 acres

XL backyard with lots of room to romp and some things to climb on (logs, stumps). Yard is entirely fenced, but access gate is hog fence and may allow for very small dogs to slip through. Also some stacked firewood along a 4.5ft fence means some dogs could climb the firewood and jump out. Yard backs to an elementary school and park, so at times there is recess near the back fence (busy), or just generally people at the park. Please do not use the dog kennel/enclosure area.

KJ's Splash & Sniff Dog Park

Partially Fenced
0.5 acres

Hi yall, We hope you’ll enjoy our back yard as much as our dogs do. My wife and I run and manage our spot. Our area here is in a small neighborhood with little to no traffic. You can access the entrance through the left side of the house. Just push the gate and it should open easily. As for parking there is a guest area right in front of the house but the drive way can be used to park if there is no parking available. There will be a smaller little fence that can be closed but you can leave it open as well. We will provide some toys and of course balls so you can play with your dogs free of charge. We additionally have snacks and water if needed. There are poop bags as well. You can find these items on the deck and please feel free to sit down and enjoy a nice seat. Our back yard will have trees with plenty of shade and a large area for the dogs to run around. Some areas of the yard are muddy but it is mostly grassy. If you head down to the property you will find a stream with a sandy beach and an old bench. The stream is only accessible through our property but not fully fenced off due to the running water. But it is a secluded area where your dogs will not be able to run off.

🌿 Creekside Acres – 5+ Acre Private Dog Park in Oregon City

Partially Fenced
5 acres

A peaceful, private space where dogs can run, sniff, and explore freely. Spring is one of our favorite seasons—the creek is flowing, the pasture is green, and many guests return again and again to experience it. We are a rural, outdoor property designed for dogs who need room to run, sniff, and decompress. Please note it is partially fenced and bordered by foliage and Abernathy Creek. Other Animals & Activity: • No other dogs are present on the property. • Two cats may be visible; please supervise dogs that chase cats. • The property is mostly quiet; occasional outdoor activity from the homeowner may occur. • Occasional machinery or vehicle noise may be heard from surrounding areas. Terrain: This is a natural field environment. Terrain may include: • Uneven ground • Natural holes or divots • Sloped areas • Tall grass and seasonal vegetation • Mud depending on weather • Rocks, roots, and other natural features • Wildlife and insects Guests should wear appropriate footwear and supervise dogs at all times. Farm Equipment: Farm equipment may be present on the property. Please stay off all equipment. Booking & Access: Access is limited to your booked time only. No early arrivals or extended stays. Creek Access: Abernathy Creek runs along part of the property and may be accessible to dogs throughout the pasture. Please note: • Creek banks may be steep or uneven • Owner access to the creek may be limited in certain areas • Water depth and flow vary depending on season and rainfall Creek access is generally easier for dogs; human access may be difficult. If your dog is likely to enter the water, they should have reliable recall and be comfortable navigating natural terrain. Owners must supervise their dogs near the creek at all times. Health & Safety Reminder: Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations. By booking, guests acknowledge that this is a working rural property with natural outdoor conditions and accept responsibility for their dogs and themselves.

1/4 Acre Fully Fenced Yard in SE Portland

Fully Fenced
0.25 acres

Our yard is mostly grass with some trees for shade, chairs and a hammock for humans, and plenty of privacy for all. Fences are solid wood, 6 feet tall all around. Our pup, Major, will be indoors (unless you request a play with him - he's a friendly golden retriever). We'll keep the curtains closed for your privacy. If you have a reactive dog and would like our dog completely out of sight, message me and I can accommodate that with prior notice. There are neighbors on the side with dogs that your pup may see arriving to the spot. Plenty of street parking in front of the house. Private side yard entrance to the right of the house by the garage. Please use what you see available - dog bags next to the gate, toys on the dog hammock or inside the chest, towels, hose, treats on the glass table and water station for pups, garbage bin by the gate.

Green Acres Homestead 1 Acre Sniffspot

Fully Fenced
1 acre

Full polished version with #11 included: Welcome to Green Acres Homestead! Discover acres of adventure on our fully fenced pasture, complete with a seasonal creek and a peaceful pond — perfect for dogs to run, splash, and explore. Nestled on a charming farm beside Green Acres K9 Resort (a dog boarding and daycare facility), our play space offers a secure and refreshing retreat for your pups, whether they're visiting for playtime or boarding nearby. Getting here: Please watch for our Sniffspot signs and follow them carefully to the designated play area. You're encouraged to park all the way at the end of the driveway, in front of the fence. Visitor limit: We cap each visit at 4 dogs and 2 adults unless arranged with us ahead of time. This space is meant for you and your own dogs to enjoy — not for dog gatherings, parties, or commercial dog handlers bringing client dogs. Reality check: Most visitors already know what to expect and love bringing their dogs here — but for anyone less familiar with farm life, we want to be upfront about the environment you'll experience. It's very likely you may: Hear a dog barking from the boarding facility See a farmer working Share a fence line with livestock (yes, you can say hello!) Find mud in the wet season, and no creek in the dry season See algae in the pond when the water isn't flowing, and weeds in the field Notice some weeds or pokey plants — we mow to keep the main field clear of blackberries and weeds, but can't guarantee a weed-free space Be in true nature — the creek and pond are spring-fed, but there's always a chance of picking something up outdoors Watch your dog dig and carry sticks and rocks — just be aware there may be holes, sticks, or rocks around Use the dock at your own risk — it holds my family with no problem, but makes no promises for anyone else; you're welcome to use it with your own judgment Encounter a pond with gradual sloping sides over half its edge, but steeper drop-offs in some sections Post a photo of your dog's vaccination records to the chat before your first visit — this only needs to be done once (until they expire). Keeping our space healthy is critical to us; illnesses like Parvo can be extremely dangerous to dogs and can linger in the soil for as long as several years which is a very long time once introduced. We never want to discourage anyone from enjoying this place the way we do — we just want your expectations to match reality. We look forward to seeing you here soon!

Furry Fellows Field Fully Fenced, Easy Parking, Open Barn & Private Entrance

Fully Fenced
1 acre

Reviews with photo's may be posted onto our Instagram! @furryfellowsniffspot 📸 We're a great option if you want a peaceful and private place to relax at. There is plenty to sniff for the pups and we maintain the field regularly in the spring/summer to keep the grass short. What we offer: ✅ Large fully fenced field. ✅ Dedicated guest parking area for easy parking and multiple cars (can fit 2-3 cars depending on vehicles sizes). ✅ Private entrance straight to the sniffspot. ✅ Open barn for shade and shelter from rain and wind. ✅ Picnic tables that can seat 12 with 3 extra chairs. ✅ Waste bags, large 💩 scooper and multiple trash stations for easy clean up and disposal. ✅ 5 gallon distilled bottled water jug for dogs and water bottles for humans.(Water is not available during freezing conditions). ✅ Regularly maintained field in spring/summer ✅ Frisbee golf basket and discs, picnic blanket, kids playhouse and other outdoor games available in the summer 🌞 ✅ Quick 💩 pickups! we appreciate when guests let us know if they see any poo piles so we can take care of them as quickly as possible :) 🐾 On RARE occasions our neighbor’s new puppy has wandered near the Sniffspot. The area is fully fenced and secure so he cannot enter on his own. He is young, extremely friendly, and very docile; some guests have even chosen to let him in to play with their dogs. Again his visits are very uncommon (only 3 guest interactions out of 1,300+ visits), and if it does occur during your visit his collar includes our neighbor’s contact information so they can be reached directly. If you have questions or concerns feel free to send us a message :) Frequently asked questions Q: What are the berries the tree's drop in the sniffspot? A: Hawthorn berries! Q: Do you have toys at your location? A: Unfortunately we do not offer toys at our sniffspot due to frequent replacement being costly, this choice helps us to keep our price low. Occasionally we will have them available thanks to donations from guests in our small dog community to share with others but it is not guaranteed. *EDITS* 5/28/2024* By request we've made some improvements on making this spot more small dog friendly by filling in noticeable gaps under our fences and gates! 6/4/2024* We've ordered supplies to update sagging area's in fencing and added water bowls. 9/16/2024* Gate lock has been fixed. 6/30/2025 2 more doggy waste stations have been ordered to add to the park. 7/20/2025 Doggy waste stations have been installed and active wasps nest have also been taken care of. A water jug station will also be added to have more water jugs available for guests to replace with fresh ones once emptied. 10/15/2025 Mulch has been ordered, we plan on slowly topping up mulched area's as needed throughout the fall and winter months. 4/6/2025 Picnic tables have been ordered to acco large groups, we plan to have them setup by 4/17. We've also added the birthday pawty extra for larger get togethers with dogs.

Your attendance has allowed us to continue development of our Disney Land for dogs and being a contributor to the Portland Humane Society. Toward that end this is what we have to offer at present with more to come. Two main walking trails, with two offshoot trail loops at present. Signage is there at each to help you in and out of each. Each has a selection of walking sticks at the trailhead, should you choose to use them. Appropriate good grip footwear is recommended especially during our monsoon season. Trail one, the shorter of the two, is about 25 minutes give or take, and takes a degree of dexterity more than trail too. Trail two contains two loops trails that take 30 to 45 minutes there and back to the parking area. The trail has two rest areas to sit with umbrellas to keep the rain off when needed. Trail 2, loop two has large Vern plant areas like you may have seen in the Jurassic Park movies. There are (2) Two parking areas, one much larger for up to 25 cars to accommodate larger group events. A porta potty for your convenience. Multiple poop depots throughout the park with bag dispensers. Two water play areas one is shallow to help pups to acclimate comfortably to water play. The other is the larger man-made pond area. The larger pond area has a selection of small watercraft to help acclimate pups to being on the water with a parent. A large selection of different size lifejackets for parents and pups. Montana's 5 Acres in Camas

Fully Fenced
5 acres

Welcome! We have two gates entering the property! Please do your best to use the western entrance (the gate on the RIGHT) while turning off Brunner Road and facing the property. The gate on the left is automatic, and if I notice your arrival, I will open the gate for you within minutes, otherwise, please safely drive to the correct gate. There are three fields! The first field is the property you will enter from the busy main road. This is field one. I may or may not have “blocks” on this field for gardening or exploration with friends and family, so if your dogs are unbothered by people (me gardening), please message me and I will open the space for you to reserve your time if you can safely manage your pups in field one (please read all descriptions), or if you would like to utilize the other fields and don’t mind saying hello in passing while you enter field two (to field three, etc.) Please read ALL descriptions (including photos) before entering the property. Failure to do so will result in being blocked, as this is to keep you, your dogs, and my dogs safe :)! I know it’s a lot, but once you read everything, the 100’s of previous guests have proved that there will be zero issues, and I am here to help! Message me any and all questions :)! Return the toys and balls to where you found them, to the best of your ability. 5 acres is a lot of ground to cover, so please do your best to pick up your dog poop and return the balls. This is not always possible with such a large space, but after five or six visits I will certainly notice if the turds pile up and the balls all go missing- just do your best and don’t worry if you lose a few balls, just let me know! Please return what you use as you find it :)! Do not knock on my doors unless it is an emergency (and please do so if there is an emergency). My personal cell is available for emergencies only, and again, please ask if it is an emergency. If THERE IS an emergency, I will assist to the best of my ability. I offer a pet first aid kit (bleed stop, staple gun, antimicrobrial wound spray, etc) with phone numbers and addresses on hand of local emergency vets (you won’t need these, but I have them just incase!) because we live by a busy road (read all descriptions), and there are coyotes in the early mornings and late evenings every so often. I spend early mornings and evenings outside most everyday, and can hear yelling (from past Sniffspot users) to know when something is not going right during your visit. I will alert you to coyote activity, and intervene if I hear yelling lol (it’s happened a couple of times, please read reviews). It’s a great spot, and all of this information is to help you make the best first experience for you and your pup(s), for hopefully many more fun adventures together on the property. Thank you! We have 3 separate fields. Black berry bushes are very present in all fields and not sprayed, so feel free to snack when they are out! FIELD 1: Closest to busy road, least suitable for free-roam incase of delivery or neighbor utilizing third gate on our easement. I consider this field “the buffer zone”. Best suited for dogs with proper recall skills, best to have pups leashed until you enter field 2 otherwise. Feel free to roam on-leash for extra smells! ORANGE/PINK flags indicate boundaries as a buffer to prevent trespassing onto neighboring property back into the woods. There are times when I have to leave or enter the property (field one), or deliveries may be made, so it’s always best to have dogs leashed in field one. I always give a heads up if we will be entering or exiting the property during your visit. Water access is in field 1 by the house, and please turn off water when finished refreshing for yourself. Our dogs will be heard from this field (from inside of the house). You will find the 2nd gate entrance here, into field 2. Look for the black garbage can, as well as blue kiddy pool to navigate to field 2 (by the logs 🪵). FIELD 2: the best field! Our backyard. It is completely fenced in, private, and safe for dogs 15lbs and up- smaller dogs such as our 9lb dog need to wear a device (to recall) or a large harness of sorts because fencing is large enough for them to escape through. The fencing is approximately 3’ high, 3”x4” holes, typical cattle fencing. Horses can be seen from this field on neighbor’s property at times, along with their dog, Cooper, who will come right up to the fence line. He is friendly and sweet, but be aware incase yours is reactive. This field is sloped, which is excellent for exercise! There are trees blocking our house and windows for privacy (great because of our noisy dogs) and has easy gate access, as well as accessible water. There is a nice view of Mt. Hood on the log benches, with a couple of log benches scattered around the property, a few in the lower portion of the field 3 under the trees. I try my best to maintain and refresh a kiddy pool and the water bowl, but please help yourself. Field 3: I strongly recommend against use of field 3 during foggy periods for safety of your pets. Should a dog without proper recall training decide to wander off in field 3, you will have a LOT of ground to cover without much sight distance (on foggy days). Field 3 continued: This is an excellent field for dogs with solid recall skills. Through the first two fields, is field 3, a property long and flat, one which openly borders our neighbor’s property. You must go through the gate at the bottom of field 2 to enter this field. While this field is technically entirely fenced, the fencing on the adjacent property has one fault where a tree fell down on it. The entire field is not all ours, so we have marked boundaries using orange/pink flags, and “Do not enter” signs. Please reference photos for what these orange boundary flags look like. The orange flags indicate hazards along fence line, entrance to bee hives (marked by “Do Not Enter” signs, and boundaries between properties. Close each gate behind you. Field three is wooded, so please note that dogs with excellent recall skills may forget them with all of the scents ruminating from this area. This wooded area wraps up and around to field one if you find you have lost your pup, but is on someone else’s property. If I hear you yelling for your pup, I’ll probably come ask if you need help. Field three borders our neighbors property and you will be technically trespassing should you pass the boundary flags. Cautions: A coyote frequents this lower field (field 3) on a semi-regular basis, typically in the early mornings and late evenings, so large dogs with proper recall training are advised only. I strongly recommend against use of this field during foggy periods for safety of your pets. Should a dog without proper recall training decide to wander off, it will not be fun trying to find them. This field (field 3) is a split property (2 parcels), half ours, half the neighbor’s. Please be mindful of maintaining general boundaries (see photos of orange/pink flags designating boundary lines). It’s quite rugged, so be there could be wild animal scat, mole holes, and uneven grass. There is a digging area here too. I have seen coyotes, skunks, deer, owls, a feral cat, and bunnies in this field. Horses and neighbor dog cooper are sometimes visible. Don’t be intimidated, unless your dog has poor recall skills. Please contact me with any questions!

Frequently asked questions about Lake Oswego dog parks

What amenities do private dog parks in Lake Oswego offer that public parks don't?

Lake Oswego private dog parks offer amenities you'll never find at public facilities: swimming pools for water-loving dogs, agility equipment for training, climate-controlled indoor spaces for year-round use, hiking trails on private property, and secure fencing customized for different dog sizes. Hosts provide poop bags, water stations, toys, and even dog wash stations. Jade's 0.5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Portland is especially known for exceptional amenities. Every Lake Oswego listing shows exactly what's included—no surprises.

Are there fully fenced private dog parks in Lake Oswego?

Yes! Most of Lake Oswego's 404 Sniffspot locations are fully fenced. Use the "fully fenced" filter to find secure enclosures with detailed fencing specs: height (4ft, 6ft, 8ft+), material (wood, chain-link, vinyl), and gap information. This is crucial for escape artists, puppies learning boundaries, or reactive dogs who need contained space. Lake Oswego listings show fencing photos so you can verify security before booking.

How clean are private dog parks in Lake Oswego compared to public ones?

Significantly cleaner. Public dog parks in Lake Oswego are maintained by overworked city staff and often littered with waste from dozens of dogs daily. Sniffspot hosts in Lake Oswego maintain their own spaces and take pride in cleanliness since it directly affects their reviews and bookings. Many Lake Oswego hosts provide fresh poop bags, empty trash regularly, and sanitize water stations. Plus, with only one booking at a time, waste accumulation is minimal. Check reviews to see cleanliness ratings.

What types of dog parks can I find in Lake Oswego?

Lake Oswego has 404 diverse options: fully fenced dog parks for specific training activities, small dog parks for different environments, and dog fields for varied experiences. Want a backyard for simple off-leash time? We've got it. Need acres of trails for hiking? Check. Looking for water access or agility obstacles? Available. Browse by park type to see what matches your dog's interests, then filter by location within Lake Oswego to find convenient options.

Can I book Lake Oswego dog parks on short notice?

Usually yes! Many Lake Oswego Sniffspot locations offer same-day or next-day availability, and most bookings can be made instantly without waiting for host approval. Unlike public dog parks that might be crowded during peak times, Lake Oswego private parks let you reserve exactly when you need them—early morning before work, midday breaks, or evening exercise. Check individual listings for real-time availability and booking policies.

Do Lake Oswego dog parks have water access?

Many do! Filter Lake Oswego's 404 locations by amenities to find dog parks with swimming pools, natural ponds, creeks, or beach access. Water features are perfect for Lake Oswego's hot summer days or for dogs who love to swim. Each listing specifies water type and depth, plus whether it's safe for swimming or just wading. Some Lake Oswego hosts provide life vests or shallow kiddie pools for water-nervous dogs.

Are there indoor dog parks in Lake Oswego?

Yes! Lake Oswego has climate-controlled indoor options perfect for extreme weather, rainy days, or year-round exercise. Indoor Lake Oswego locations typically feature rubberized flooring (easier on joints), artificial turf, or padded surfaces. They're especially popular for puppy training, senior dogs needing gentle surfaces, or reactive dogs benefiting from enclosed environments. Filter by "indoor" to see Lake Oswego's covered and climate-controlled options.

What's the best time to visit dog parks in Lake Oswego?

With Sniffspot, any time works since bookings are private! Unlike public dog parks that are crowded during peak hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends), you don't have to worry about timing in Lake Oswego. Book whenever fits your schedule—midday when public parks are empty, dawn for cool weather, or late evening for convenience. Many Lake Oswego locations have lighting for after-dark visits. The flexibility is one of the biggest advantages over public parks.
