There are large areas to run, play, rest and explore! Access our private trailhead and enter the National Forest where thousands of acres can be enjoyed by you and your dog. There is even a small stream on the trails where your dog can get wet and chase little animals. The stream strength depends on weather - but it is fairly small and easy. My dog will always be indoors during your booking time to give you and your pup space and privacy to enjoy the yard freely. To keep our yard safe and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines: • PLEASE pick up after your pup. Waste bags must be used and disposed of properly. I have had several instances where poop was not cleaned up after a booking, and I’ve had to go out and pick it all up in a hurry before the next booking. This would be so greatly appreciated! • No digging, please! We want to keep the yard in great shape for all visitors. • Supervise your dog at all times. This ensures safety for your pet and respect for the space. • We typically leave a fresh bowl of water out for our doggie guests. If you happen to see the water bowl is not filled up, it’s because we weren’t home during your booking time to fill fresh water. You have full permission to access the hose to fill the water bowl with fresh water. • Treat the space with care. This is our family’s yard, and we’re happy to share it with respectful guests! Peru'vn Around Ranch Private Dog Park In Bellvue

18 acre ranch with beautiful landscape, views of horses and occasionally wildlife depending on time of day and 10 acres fully fenced for sniffspot reservations. You are welcome to pet the horses but do not feed. Please do not allow your dogs to growl or charge the horses (even though they are behind fences). All the horses are calm and easy around dogs, which we need it to stay that way. **Summer note-dog pool water will be changed once a day for 2026 due to water restrictions and costs. This is so we do not need to increase the sniffspot fee** We have a fully fenced area roughly 10 acres with mowed paths for walking. You are welcome to walk thru the field if desired. Occasionally, the horses have access to the field during non sniffspot hours so there will be delicious horse poop, some dogs will eat it and others not. Most dogs process horse poop very well and many vets will tell you it’s good for their gut. There are random balls and toys in the field for use, water is available and if we are home during your visit should the restroom be needed we will honor use of that. Most days there is a bin with free dog food and/or treat samples. You are welcome to bring agility or equipment and toys each visit if desired or practice nosework. We are also open to hosting groups, such as agility, nosework or trainers who need a large outdoor space that is fully fenced. Off street parking and can accommodate large vehicles. Small dogs are welcome, do note the fencing is graduated so depending on size of dog, some real tiny ones who are escape artists may not be the best fit.
