I allow my dog to swim in the pond that is at your own risk I would not personally swim in it as a human but I think dogs are fine to swim in there just be careful there are going to be ticks, wildlife and it is a very woodsy grassy environment, very nature outside oriented. Bug spray may be necessary. Hang out in the woods or by the field/pond. Bushcraft ok but no chopping down live trees. You can walk around the edge of the field or walk around a little bit in the woods there are no really long trails but there is plenty of area to hang out and explore. Play ball etc.
