Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Our backyard is about 1/4 acre fenced in with a gate that you can drive through in the event that you don’t want to leash up your dog to walk them into the backyard. We have a total of 3.5 acres with a path through the woods if you want a mini nature walk. The barn is accessible within the fenced area and we have a covered porch off the back of the house. There’s plenty of shade under the mature trees and chairs can be set out by request. The yard is treated 2x per year with non toxic, human and dog safe diatomaceous earth to deter fleas and ticks. Resident dog waste cleaned up regularly. Resident dogs up to date on all vaccinations. Ask me about pet sitting services!

Hello welcome to our Sniff spot! We have a big backyard with lots of room to run and play! There is water bowls for the dogs and even a hose if you’re pup loves to play in the water. Just please remember to turn off the water if used. There is chairs under the carport feel free to use them or move them under the trees. Hope you and your pups have a fun play!

Welcome to Ghent on the Corner! Enjoy our 2,500 sq ft corner lot with a 4 ft white vinyl picket fence. Driveway parking for 2 cars. Enjoy shaded seating underneath our gazebo. Spray your dog with our hose or throw a ball around with your pup. My partner Abel Cortez and I host this spot, but you will not interact with us or our dogs when visiting. Private, quiet neighborhood—yard has a grassy area for ball tossing and a “feral” area for diggers and explorers. Park in front of gate (on grass/gravel mix). Hose to refill water dish to the right of screened porch. Fully 4’ fenced—combo of chicken wire (buried to protect paws) and concrete blocks stopped our little escapee (RIP 😇).

Seating in multiple places around the yard includes bar chairs, lounge chairs, rockers and hammock. NO SMOKING / NO VAPING/ NO ALCOHOL. Only 1 person per visit is allowed in the pool to assist dog(s). No matter how many dogs visit it is only 1 designated person per visit. For additional people in the pool please add the extra of additional people. Add each additional person. It is $30 per person.

Big backyard with a patio and old sofa in the Florida room for your dogs to relax on  after one hour of running around.   We can only host dog owners, and there, four-legged friend that are  friendly and vaccinated .

The yard is on a corner lot and is completely fenced in. The yard stays well kept. You will also have access to a covered porch with chairs. Doggy bags be be available as well as a trash can. Water will also be provided.

Lots of lawn and woods for pups to run! I have a friendly sheepadoodle too if your pup wants a playmate. A large pond is also accessible for dog paddlers. This is in Kingsmill a gated community but just give the guard your name and Malone at 17 Whittakers and I will have you on my guest list. If you want directions from either gate to my house in addition to your gps the guard will do that too.
