Still working on a potty area near the fence entranc, as well as a rock border, but awesome place to chill and read a book while your dog runs around and explores. If your dog is friendly, would love to pet your pup! My middle is allergic so we will never be able to have a dog but we love them. I do have plants, so if your dog eats them, this may not be the yard for you. Have a sandbox with dirt for digging and a coaster for them to climb. There is a small opening under the deck, so if your dog is tiny, they may be curious to go under. I do use organic pet friendly weed killer sometimes but I try to keep the back as organic as possible.

All guests pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and introduced to the host. Our property does have pets on property at all times and they are kept securely away from the spot, unless otherwise determined. Property gates are locked at all times and access must be granted to enter the property.

Fully fenced in backyard for you and your pup to enjoy! Spot has a hose for you to use, as well as water bowls (bowls will not be filled so there is no standing water). There is a box on the side of our shed with poop bags, please pick up after your pups! We also have a backyard camera for our safety as well as yours!

I just got a dog and I want her to be dog friendly. $20 is for up to 3 hours if you don’t mind other dog friendly dogs. You can have up to 2 dogs any additional dog is $15. I have 4 chairs and there will be a basket sitting on the porch with bags gloves and treats and water bottles for humans and a pitcher of water for dogs. You will find a basket of toys on the side of the fence when you enter. Please clean up all poop! Sorry there is no bathroom for humans. If you want the yard just for you and your dog only it’s $35 for 3 hours. Up to 3 dogs

This is a fenced in yard with breezes from the bay. Nice area to also walk your dog down by the water front.

I previously lived in an apartment with my two large rescue dogs and used Sniffspot weekly for my pups to get some exercise in a safe way. I’m so thankful to have a yard now to share with other pups! My dogs will always be secured inside when you’re here. I’ll have a doggie pool and towels out when the weather is warm. Our backyard is fully fenced. Please relax under the shaded trees or on our porch while your pups run and play 🐾

My back yard is fully fenced and gets mowed every 2 weeks. It is accessible via the gate at the side of the house. It is mostly even grass. After a good rain the yard is full of fun puddles and can be muddy. So much fun for the pups! There are a couple of chairs in the yard and plenty of street parking.

We have a newly built swimming pool with a splash pad and a covered patio, which offers plenty of shade. Our covered patio has two ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, comfy patio furniture for five, an outlet for charging phones or laptops, WiFi available, and misting fan available upon request. We also have treats available on the patio for your doggo. We do have two medium size dog canopies, a chilly pad, numerous water and retrieivng toys for stretching those legs and tiring out your companion. *Please be respectful and courteous as this is our home* *Do not allow your dog(s) to bark excessively or at our neighbors, this is our home. *NO glass or alcohol allowed on property *NO smoking of any type *Please clean up after yourself *Thoroughly brush your pup(s) prior to swimming as to reduce the amount of hair in the pool. Our pool equipment appreciates you. 😉

Fully fenced backyard on the Little Creek Reservoir in Virginia Beach. Total fenced area is 0.25 acres, with fence standing 3.5 feet tall. There is also a walking path that goes down to the lake behind my property. Looking forward to hosting you and your puppy! Please clean up after your pet and stay out of the sheds and garden. Feel free to use the chairs on the deck or the water bowl for your dog. Poop bags are provided free of charge and found underneath the garden hose.

Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation.
