Casey's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Aldie

Our yard, though not enormous, is the perfect spot for your pup to run and get some energy out! It’s lengthy so there’s plenty of room to throw a ball, frisbee or other toys. Our dogs enjoy running in circles and around the trampoline. We have one of the largest lots on the street and the pups love playing back there. It’s fully fenced but please make sure the gate is latched upon entering / exiting. We find out dogs rest under the trampoline for shade when needed. There is a trashcan on the deck should you need to deposit waste or you can use the rake/ bucket system we have and we will deposit it later. There is a water bowl on the deck. During warmer seasons, the hose will be turned on and there will be an auto dog spigot attached. Once your pup learns to drink from this - they won’t stop! There are various toys spread throughout the yard. There are 2 chairs and a table on the back deck available for you to use to sit and watch your pups play. We are backed against a black trail so you’ll sometimes see walkers walking. There’s a pond across the street which is fun to walk with your pups along with a waste station should you choose to use that. One neighbor has a dog and one doesn’t so you will occasionally see a dog outside. Parking - we suggest you park on Destiny and walk down the path to our house. You may enter through the gate which will be easier than coming in through the front.

𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 - The property is just over an 𝙖𝙘𝙧𝙚 and a mix of lawn, flower beds, paths, and work/storage areas. Overall, it is fairly flat and dogs love to 𝙧𝙪𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮 for hours at a time not to mention all the great sniffing spots. There are open areas for dogs to stretch their legs and chase each other and flowers, shade and seating for their human companion(s). There is a 𝙢𝙖𝙣-𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 in the back that depending on rainfall, may be running full or just at a trickle. It is ideal for your pup to explore and cool off in. The yard is a 𝘾𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙒𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙃𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩®, we are trying to help nature where and when we can. If you can, take a cool pic to share - we'd love to see it. Do a photo safari. 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗠 - This is a man-made stream that that typically runs in the warmer months and is initially filled with either city water or rainfall. That said, Mother Nature adds to it so we do recommend your pup have his/her 𝙇𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙤 vaccine. The stream is usually shutdown in the winter months and some water remains at the end to help support the frogs overwinter. Please do not allow digging or rough play in the stream - we want to keep it in good shape for all our guests to enjoy and avoid costly repairs. If it is important to your visit that the stream is running and at what level (full/trickle) please reach out to the Host to check its status. Note, there are some spots at the bottom of the fence a small dog (cat size) might be able to get under - they are meant for our cats. If you are bringing a small dog, let me know and we can block the openings ahead of time. 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗦 - Extras will change depending on the season and if you don't see something you might like added, let us know. 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 is currently full. Best decision Ive made all week! My dogs had an absolute exhausting blast. My shepard mix ran, played ball, and had a blast. My basset mix inspected the fortifications for holes (to his dismay there were none), and sampled the vegetation. The yard is immaculate, grass is soft, and there is so much room to run! The area is peaceful and I enjoyed myself as much as they did. It was worth our 40 minute drive. We will do this again! Sam is an AMAZING host! My dogs ade paat out blissfully sleeping after their time at Sam's Farm.

This was such a fun place to hang out! The property was well maintained, it was fully fenced, and had tons of room to run and play! The host provided toys, water and a chair. The pups and I first walked the perimeter of the yard, and then grabbed our own favorite toys and played. The dogs had a good number of zoomies, games of “chase me” and they thoroughly enjoyed rolling in the grass. We did see the host, who offered a big smile and a wave, and even saw him walking his own pups outside of the fenced area. They were well behaved, and didn’t seem to worry about us being there. Of course it was my dog that barked, for the sake of barking. Ha! Would love to come back soon!

Dogs had a blast! Area was fully fenced and all grass lawn was very well maintained. Home Owners set out and provided lots of toys for pups, chairs for owners and water bowl with access to water. This place was perfect for our 2 large dogs to run and tire themselves out. We even extended for an extra hour as dogs were having lots of fun. We will return to this spot again.

My dog and I had a great time at this spot! The fenced area was huge and my pup loved playing fetch and getting a chance to really stretch her legs. The yard does connect to the house in both the front and the back, so my dog was very interested about seeing if she could be invited inside. After some exercise in the yard, we went for a walk around the property with my dog on a long line. She found lots to sniff and explore. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely make this a regular spot if we didn't live an hour away.

My dogs had a nice time sniffing around and checking things out. It isn't wooded at all as I had originally thought based on the pics with trees, but they had room to run around off leash somewhere besides our own yard for a change. The yard was clean and dry despite having rained recently. We didn't encounter the resident dog or any other animals, only the owner at a distance. We'd go again if in the area. Oh and bring water for your pups. There's a bowl but nowhere to fill it.

We live in DC, it took us about 45 minutes to get to Sam’s spot and it was worth every second of the drive. The entire area was well fenced in, it was secluded and pushed back and away from other homes, and it had both sunny and shaded areas. We were able to sit and relax and throw the ball as far as we could with our dogs and they had the best time ever. Will 100% be back here soon !!

The property is located in a rural part of Prince William County that is secluded with green, rolling hills. The home sits behind fields of soybeans and the fenced-in area is attached to a barn and home. There is a smaller fenced area for the homeowner that is a tall, sturdy, wooden fence. We met Sam and he was friendly and accommodating. He provided fresh water for our dogs. Our dogs enjoyed running around in the large area. They then played with Sam's black dog after we told Sam it would be a good thing since our dogs are friendly. His dog was kept inside until we talked to Sam and he brought him out and the dog was very friendly and enjoyed running with our two young dogs. We enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure! Thank you!

Sam’s Farm is a chunk of paradise. The dogs had a great time running, playing ball, and just sniffing the grass. The atmosphere is wonderful—clean fresh country air, and peacefully quiet. Many thanks to our host for providing fresh water for the dogs, a canopy providing shade, chairs, and a tasty sample of freshly grilled ribs.
