We live on 5 acres about 1 mile from Camp Bonneville. The Sniffspot is a 2 acre pasture with a fenced seasonal pond in the middle. Pasture is fenced with 4 foot field fence with electric wire at the top (not charged). Front fence borders on 68th St. Plenty of room to run and explore! Let's keep the pasture nice, please discourage digging and pick up after dog. My Border Collie and Mini Aussie will find your leavings (it's a large space, I understand things get missed, it helps to carry poo bags to minimize backtracking). For human exercise... 6 laps around perimeter fence is approx. 1 mile, 6 laps around pond fence is approx. 1/4 mile. If you're coming from Portland, the bridges and 4th Plain traffic can be challenging!

Hello! We can now offer private parking in our driveway! Our property is located on a steep, one lane, dead-end winding road. You will end up in our driveway. Please park in front of the Sniffspot sign located on the left garage door. The arrow will lead you down some stone steps to a metal gate. Please use caution when walking down the steps, they can be muddy and slippery from the fallen wet leaves. Our spot is mostly naturalized, hilly, muddy, and pretty rugged so please wear appropriate shoes and watch your step. We hope to have you as a guest soon! 😊

We will try to be sure a spot is clear for you. You can park in the driveway or in the grass. Big trucks come through the alley so staying off the alley pavement is necessary.

If you or your dog wants to say hello or has any questions about the animals/property, we are here, just give a wave or a holler. Please make sure all dogs and people visiting are respectful of the farm animals. We have goats, sheep, chickens, and turkeys fenced in along the dog area. We have a roaming farm cat. We have bee hives on property but away from the dog area. We do have a Rough Collie puppy on site. He is indoors but is 99% interested in running around if your dog would like a companion.

I’m a huge dog lover and avid sniff spot user, so our priority in buying this home was to have a large, open, and secure backyard that my Doberman and Heeler mix could run comfortably in. I relied on this app (almost daily) when I didn’t have my own yard, so it’s also important to me to keep the cost down so the space is more accessible for folks to come more often. Park in front of the fence with the sign, and it’ll lead to another gate and then the yard. There’s sitting areas, toys, water, poop bags, and all the other things you’ll need. Plenty of sniffs, eagles, rabbits, deer, and other wildlife. Great views. Private. Some farm machinery and active farm fields will be visible. It is accessed by driving through the main gate to the house, and then following the signs slowly to the back pasture. It does not require 4WD. Hiking shoes or hiking boots are best here. Our yard is mostly grass with some trees for shade, chairs and a hammock for humans, and plenty of privacy for all. Fences are solid wood, 6 feet tall all around. Our pup, Major, will be indoors (unless you request a play with him - he's a friendly golden retriever). We'll keep the curtains closed for your privacy, but he may sneak a peak to say hi through the window. If you have a reactive dog and would like our dog completely out of sight, message me and I can accommodate that with prior notice. There are neighbors on the side with dogs that your pup may see arriving to the spot. Plenty of parking in front of the house. Private side yard entrance to the right of the house by the garage. Please use what you see available - pooper scooper and dog bags on the patio, toys throughout the yard, towels, hose and water station for pups, garbage bin on your way out at the side of the house.

This is a 2 acre wooded loop on Mt Scott. Our property bumps up against the Wahoo nature reserve is very private, shaded by large trees and well maintained. Our dog loves the woods and creek. We decided to open it to the community so other dogs and their families can enjoy it.

Scott Creek meanders through the property. The creek flows year-round—its levels dip in summer—and there are several spots where pups can wade and cool off on warm days. Please note: the creek is not fenced at both ends. Our field is pesticide-free and treated with organic diatomaceous earth in early spring and late fall to sanitize and keep it free of pests. The creekside can be muddy during winter, but most of the property—especially the upper fields—remains dry year-round. Conveniently located 2 minutes off of I-205 and 7 min off of I-5! This is a fully private space, separated from the residence yard. Fully fenced & recently added 360° privacy screen. The property is a flat field, with short grass, which makes for the perfect space for your dog(s) to run to their hearts desire! This is also an ideal spot for training, especially disengage/reengage recall. You can keep an eye on your pups from all areas. There is privacy from the main residence and the road. ** Please read spot specific rules when booking. ** If you are bringing a foster dog, feel free to reach out to me to receive a discount code! ** If you would like to book a reservation that exceeds an hour, or book for a larger party of dogs, feel free to message me and I will open the calendar up to allow you to do so! ** The table and umbrella are mainly to provide shade in the summer, but there won’t typically be dry seating when it is raining, although I do my best to dry it off between the rain. Fun Fetch Spot with Covered Patio

Private, Fully Fenced Yard in quiet cul-de-sac community. Great space for medium & small dogs, but big dogs have fun here too! The yard is a mix of grass, gravel, cedar chips and a covered patio. Doggie bags, garbage can & garden hose provided. We also have a few tennis balls to share. The fence has no gaps or holes. My little guy only needs 4" to go exploring, so it's kept very tight. And 6ft tall on all sides, for the bigger guys. I bought this yard [& house] for my chiweenie Zoey during the pandemic and have since added Chipin Max to the pack. They love their little kingdom and I love relaxing on the patio watching them. We think you and your dog(s) will too. For your privacy, we'll be away for your visit. There are neighbors, but this is a pretty quiet community. There are neighborhood dogs, but not any adjacent or that bother us. Penty of parking in the driveway or in front of the house on the street.
