Happy Apple Dog Park-AKA Gus’ Park is a fully fenced yard with lawn and some bark dust and gravel. There are multiple shrubs, trees and plants for your furry companion to check out. A farm favorite are the giant oak trees which provide shade. Feel free to take a seat and watch your friend run and explore! On site we have a small dog (23lbs) and a multiple cats as well as two horses. The neighbors on both sides have dogs but there is no contact-just line of sight! We are located not too far off of I-5 and Highway 22. Our spot is a great stop if you are traveling and need to let the dogs out for a romp and a place for you to rest. There is plenty of room for trailer turn-around if needed (please message me about that.) If you are looking for a place you can eat that is near our spot, please look at The Yard Food Park. Holly's 0.5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Newberg

We are located in the middle of wine country. This is a previous horse pasture, so the ground is uneven. Humans should not run in the field. The field is on Hwy 240, so there is traffic noise. The neighbor's fence is 40 feet away from the park's perimeter so there is no contact possible with other dogs. Bring water. I do not provide water because shared water bowls can spread many diseases. Two chairs are under the apple tree .

We offer a dedicated 10 acre sloped pasture for walking, running, ball play, etc. also a trail hike through the woods a total of a mile. (Be aware of uneven ground and blackberries; some thorns in mulch). The 30-acre property is fenced and isolated private space. The gate to the road is open for access but a good distance from the fields (so not closed while visiting.). The farm is a working farm so you may see workers and equipment away from the dedicated dog areas. Yes, part of our property has neighbors along the trail but fencing is in place and neighbors are seldom around. Water for dogs, trash can for baggies, picnic table and dog toys are provided. The Field is mowed and fenced, ready for your dog to play! Come experience your own personal dog park. A 5’ fence surrounds this expanse of green with several shade trees for relaxing under. A wading pool is provided to ensure ample access to water and a place to cool down on hot days. A convenient garbage can for poop bags waits by the entrance, with a fresh supply of baggies! The small deck box holds a chuck-it with extra balls and some other toys for sharing. Human water is also provided ☺️ Comfy benches inside the Field allow humans to rest while the doggies run and explore. When arriving, look for signage that will guide you to the grey garage. The entrance to the ‘Field of Frolick’ is the chain link gate to your right. Hose can be activated at the front of the garage if you need more water, as well as a power outlet. Please note: the creek is not fenced at both ends. Our field is pesticide-free and treated with organic diatomaceous earth in early spring and late fall to sanitize and keep it free of pests. Rogue Ranch

Several trails, a shallow creek, and partially wooded. Main loop trail (Rogue Loop) is 0.56 miles in length. The rest of the trails add another 1/2 mile. Access to hose and bowl for fresh water and rinsing off muddy feet (not available when temperatures are below freezing). WiFi available (rogue ranch guest) at the front of property, and cell service throughout. Property can be muddy if it has been/is raining. Recommend boots for humans. Recommend strong recall for dogs visiting or long lead. Bring towels to clean/dry dog feet. Please pick up after your pet and dispense in one of the three waste containers along the trails. Please be respectful of privacy to the occupants in the house!

Brick Road Ranch

Welcome to our slice of paradise! Your dogs will have full access to our 1.5 acre fully fenced pasture to run and get all their energy out. The pasture is fully fenced with field fencing all around and backs up to a farm field. On a clear day you can see the tip of Mount Hood straight out the back of the property and a fantastic view of Mount Jefferson to the right. Young giant sequoias and cedar trees line both sides of the pasture. Three mature oak trees provide shade in the middle of the pasture. You will hear birds all around the property in the trees as your dogs play. Amenities include: people lounge chairs, dog loungers, dog houses, dog water with a seasonal spigot and hose, a pooper scooper and bucket, and a lean-to to provide shelter in poor weather. Throw a ball as hard as you can and let your dogs be dogs.

Along with people and their dogs depending on the time of day. The spot is private, but there may be activity outside of it.

Your attendance has allowed us to continue development of our Disney Land for dogs and being a contributor to the Portland Humane Society. Toward that end this is what we have to offer at present with more to come. Two main walking trails, with two offshoot trail loops at present. Signage is there at each to help you in and out of each. Each has a selection of walking sticks at the trailhead, should you choose to use them. Appropriate good grip footwear is recommended especially during our monsoon season. Trail one, the shorter of the two, is about 25 minutes give or take, and takes a degree of dexterity more than trail too. Trail two contains two loops trails that take 30 to 45 minutes there and back to the parking area. The trail has two rest areas to sit with umbrellas to keep the rain off when needed. Trail 2, loop two has large Vern plant areas like you may have seen in the Jurassic Park movies.  There are (2) Two parking areas, one much larger for up to 25 cars to accommodate larger group events. A porta potty for your convenience. Multiple poop depots throughout the park with bag dispensers. Two water play areas one is shallow to help pups to acclimate comfortably to water play. The other is the larger man-made pond area. The larger pond area has a selection of small watercraft to help acclimate pups to being on the water with a parent. A large selection of different size lifejackets for parents and pups. Floatable toys for retrieval are nearby. A Muddy Paw Spa to clean pups and shoes before getting into the car. Included, are multiple towels to dry off your pup, and a close line to hang the wet towels on to dry off. For those concerned about blue green algae, a bulletin board showing a test kit that can be purchased through Amazon. Test takes 15 minutes, with 99% accuracy. Next to it is an area to post the initials of the tester, date, time, and results of the test for other guests to see. Any guest doing this will be given an extra 15 minutes to the end of their reservation time on us. Please let us know in advance if you decide to do the test. For reasons to detailed to get into now, there’s never been an issue with blue green algae at Tail Waggers. A comprehensive agility course with all the obstacles that you would see on the YouTube obstacle course events. Multiple toy stations. If on your visit, you would like to donate unused toys for other pups to enjoy that would certainly be appreciated. A long mowed area above the pond for long distance ball and frisbee retrieval. They’re also a few frisbee catchers there to practice frisbee throwing accuracy. Long, medium range and putter frisbees are provided. A 10 x 10 doggy dig sandbox for those pups to enjoy digging. A tug-of-war for those pups will enjoy a good tug. The picnic area has been expanded to accommodate pup, birthday parties, pup, groups, and family gatherings. For those bringing young children, a swingset. Solar lighting around trees, parking area and the porta potty will help to illuminate these areas when darkness falls. There are water dispensers with water bowls. There is another area being developed presently that will become an urban agility course.

KJ's Splash & Sniff Dog Park

Hi yall, We hope you’ll enjoy our back yard as much as our dogs do. My wife and I run and manage our spot. Our area here is in a small neighborhood with little to no traffic. You can access the entrance through the left side of the house. Just push the gate and it should open easily. As for parking there is a guest area right in front of the house but the drive way can be used to park if there is no parking available. There will be a smaller little fence that can be closed but you can leave it open as well. We will provide some toys and of course balls so you can play with your dogs free of charge. We additionally have snacks and water if needed. There are poop bags as well. You can find these items on the deck and please feel free to sit down and enjoy a nice seat. Our back yard will have trees with plenty of shade and a large area for the dogs to run around. Some areas of the yard are muddy but it is mostly grassy. If you head down to the property you will find a stream with a sandy beach and an old bench. The stream is only accessible through our property but not fully fenced off due to the running water. But it is a secluded area where your dogs will not be able to run off.

The outdoor space is available during daylight hours. Indoor space is available as an add-on and recommended for evening visits or during inclement weather. This is a 5-acre farm, with 1 full acre dedicated to the sniff spot. The pastures are cross-fenced, allowing for room to explore but not too far. An indoor riding arena is available as an add-on. It is fully enclosed on three sides, with the 4th wall solid up to 5 feet keeping the wind and weather out and the dogs safe and fully enclosed during playtime. It is well-lit for evening use. Horses offer additional entertainment but are always a safe distance with a large space (enough to drive a large truck through) between fence lines. The animals are not reactive to the dogs even when barking at them. The farm animals don't respond to the dogs, often the dogs move on to exploring the space. We have some simple agility items in the space along with balls and other toys to help entertain both you and your dogs. As a guest, you have access to: * Fully Fenced Acre of play space for off-leash adventures * Water - Lift the blue handle to start the flow of water * Poop baggies * White garbage can * Dog towels, clean ones in the clear container, and dirty ones go into the grey tote. We ask you to use 1 towel per visit if possible. * Porta Potty * Shelter with chairs and a small table you can put anywhere in the field during your visit we just ask that you put them back when you are done. * During the summer days we include a doggie kiddie pool. Double them up when you use them so they are easier to empty and less likely to break. Please dump the pool and return it to the corner when you are finished. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: This is a field that has uneven ground including mole and gopher holes. Please watch your step. Please keep within the Sniffspot area. If you happen to throw a ball over a fence just message me and I can retrieve it for you. It is important to stay outside of areas marked private property. Those gates also have extra locks, but we want to be sure everyone stays safe. USE OF INDOOR ARENA: During harsh weather (over 95 degrees or winter would be those days of wind and heavy rain) the indoor arena may be an option. YOU MUST MESSAGE me before the visit to be sure it is ready for you. That space is in an area marked private property. Access is granted when the indoor space is reserved as an add on.
