Your attendance has allowed us to continue development of our Disney Land for dogs and being a contributor to the Portland Humane Society. Toward that end this is what we have to offer at present with more to come. Two main walking trails, with two offshoot trail loops at present. Signage is there at each to help you in and out of each. Each has a selection of walking sticks at the trailhead, should you choose to use them. Appropriate good grip footwear is recommended especially during our monsoon season. Trail one, the shorter of the two, is about 25 minutes give or take, and takes a degree of dexterity more than trail too. Trail two contains two loops trails that take 30 to 45 minutes there and back to the parking area. The trail has two rest areas to sit with umbrellas to keep the rain off when needed. Trail 2, loop two has large Vern plant areas like you may have seen in the Jurassic Park movies.  There are (2) Two parking areas, one much larger for up to 25 cars to accommodate larger group events. The 2nd is at the top of the hill b4 you go down into valley were you will see a sign letting you know that if your early you can park there till your designated reservation time. At the bottom you will find a porta potty for your convenience with a lighted pathway after the sun has set. For your convenience you will find seven Poop Depots with bag dispensers throughout the park. A guest ( Mark) donated a fire hydrant as a much appreciated pee station for many pups. There are two water play areas. The preferable one is now down by our inlet water pipes. Its a shallow pool area feed by spring water, so there is no concern about algae. We call it the pup self wash area because it’s only belly deep and is an absolute favorite of the pups to play in. It’s also proved to help pups who might be afraid or timid of playing in water to investigate it a little more. The other is the larger man-made pond area. This at one time was a large beautiful pond, that we had invested a large amount of money to development a Doggie Dock Dive. We had also a selection of small watercraft to help acclimate pups to being on the water with a parent. It included a selection of different size lifejackets for parents and pups. Floatable toys for retrieval were nearby. All that however became unusable because our neighbor who controls the water level with a dam did not like us having a private dog park and said if we didn’t shut it down he would just empty the pond, which he ultimately did and mow as a result has become a mud flat. We have a solution that will bring the level back up and have set up a Go Fund Me to help us with that expense. Any donation would receive a gift certificate to show our appreciation. They can use it for their own use or it can be given to a non Sniff Spot member to use at our park for various functions. Our Muddy Paw Spa has multiple cleaning brushes, paw wash cups, a spray hose and the more favorite is a water spray wash glove that sprays water out of the palm of the glove. This is an important option especially during our monsoon season to clean pups and shoes before getting into the car. Included, are multiple towels to dry off your pup, and a close line to hang the wet towels on to dry off. In the area where you see all the picnic tables, you will see a Doggie Dig Box filled with beach sand for those pups who have the need to just dig. Near to that is an upright 50 Pd “Tug of War” that big pups love. Next is a childrens play area to play in and on. We installed a tetherball for the children, but soon learned that the pups love playing with it, who would have guessed? Down from the children’s play area is a comprehensive agility course with all the obstacles that you would see on the YouTube obstacle course events. Love seeing the pups racing around that. Multiple toy stations. If on your visit, you would like to donate unused toys for other pups to enjoy that would certainly be appreciated. A long mowed area above the pond for long distance ball and frisbee retrieval. They’re also a few frisbee catchers there to practice frisbee throwing accuracy. Long, medium range and putter frisbees are provided. A 10 x 10 doggy dig sandbox for those pups to enjoy digging. A tug-of-war for those pups will enjoy a good tug. The picnic area has been expanded to accommodate pup, birthday parties, pup, groups, and family gatherings. For those bringing young children, a swingset. Solar lighting around trees, parking area and the porta potty will help to illuminate these areas when darkness falls. There are water dispensers with water bowls. There is another area being developed presently that will become an urban agility course.

Field of Frolic is here to enjoy!

The Field is mowed and fenced, ready for your dog to play! Come experience your own personal dog park. A 5’ fence surrounds this expanse of green with several shade trees for relaxing under. A wading pool is provided to ensure ample access to water and a place to cool down on hot days. A convenient garbage can for poop bags waits by the entrance, with a fresh supply of baggies in the deck box! The small deck box holds two chuck-its with extra balls and some other toys for sharing. Human water is also provided ☺️ Comfy benches inside the Field allow humans to rest while the doggies run and explore. When arriving, look for signage that will guide you to the grey garage. The entrance to the ‘Field of Frolick’ is the chain link gate to your right. Hose can be activated at the front of the garage if you need more water, as well as a power outlet. If we have a lot of rain, there may be some mud along the far side of the field. Walk carefully, many holes have been dug… Welcome to the Field and enjoy!

A peaceful, private space where dogs can run, sniff, and explore freely. Spring is one of our favorite seasons—the creek is flowing, the pasture is green, and many guests return again and again to experience it. We are a rural, outdoor property designed for dogs who need room to run, sniff, and decompress. Please note it is partially fenced and bordered by foliage and Abernathy Creek. Other Animals & Activity: • No other dogs are present on the property. • Two cats may be visible; please supervise dogs that chase cats. • The property is mostly quiet; occasional outdoor activity from the homeowner may occur. • Occasional machinery or vehicle noise may be heard from surrounding areas. Terrain: This is a natural field environment. Terrain may include: • Uneven ground • Natural holes or divots • Sloped areas • Tall grass and seasonal vegetation • Mud depending on weather • Rocks, roots, and other natural features • Wildlife and insects Guests should wear appropriate footwear and supervise dogs at all times. Farm Equipment: Farm equipment may be present on the property. Please stay off all equipment. Booking & Access: Access is limited to your booked time only. No early arrivals or extended stays. Creek Access: Abernathy Creek runs along part of the property and may be accessible to dogs throughout the pasture. Please note: • Creek banks may be steep or uneven • Owner access to the creek may be limited in certain areas • Water depth and flow vary depending on season and rainfall Creek access is generally easier for dogs; human access may be difficult. If your dog is likely to enter the water, they should have reliable recall and be comfortable navigating natural terrain. Owners must supervise their dogs near the creek at all times. Mookie's Magic Meadows

Hello I am Mookie, a Golden Doodle who loves to play ball and my Human is Grace. She got me this place with a long yard, perfect for playing with a chuck it! I begged for a pug and she let me have Frankie. We are happy to share our yards which have different areas for different Dog needs. Human needs can be taken care of too. We are relatively new to Sniffspot and will be adding new features as we go. Our pictures show how much we have changed since we opened the very snowy end of January. Frankie and I will not be coming out to visit your dogs, but once you leave we will enjoy learning about them on our scent hunt. We believe this will create a lot of interest and fun for us and for your special family members too. A little info about my place, I have safe space to unload and load the doggos. Important to close the gate as you enter and exit the property. Everywhere is fenced. It is 2 acres total, the area that you will be playing in is a very nice long field with a small pool which gets changed between guests, and a larger one that My human adds water to between guests. it looks dirty, however, it is from the sand box and dirt hills that my human made for the dogs to play in. It is too large for her to clean after each guest. There is a water hose with a shower head that you can use for play and clean up as well. Added attraction, MOLES and we love sniffing after them. Be watchful of holes that my human missed filling between guests, she tries very hard to find them, but Frankie is a digger! This is a place for fun , everything is not perfect , but the yard is a lot of fun for Frankie and also for me! We love to explore and sometimes we see deer here and other wild animals! UPDATE: All fences are secure. IF for some reason your dog slips out the farm gate entrance to the sniff spot, the entire property is fenced, and your dog will not get out. There is a shade canopy which will protect from the rain and some chairs to relax in. You may encounter holes because dogs love to dig in the soft turf and the hill of dirt, please let me know if you find some that my human and I have not gotten filled between visits and she will fix that! With so many trees, there will be branches down. I find that the dogs love to pick through those sticks. I try to keep on top of the really big ones, but if you see any let my human know. PLEASE NOTE: If your ball or other toys go over the fence, they now belong to my neighbor! PLEASE You must not go over the fence to get them!! I have other balls and will be happy for you to use them while here, if they go over, I can deal with him later! Thank you for your consideration of my neighbors. The Peach Place 1.25 Fenced Acres

Close to downtown Corvallis, come let your dog run free and just be a dog for a little while. Our newly fenced in area is a work in progress and we will be adding more things to do for pups and their humans. If there is anything you would like to see added in the future, please don't hesitate to let us know. We also have chickens that have decided to go into overdrive in the egg laying department so we also have eggs for sale. Send a message our way if you'd like us to set some out for you.

Whistlestop Private Dog Park

This is a working sheep farm. You may see rams in the adjacent pasture. The L shaped field is about 2.5 acres of open ground. A second field is now open, adding 3.5 acres of short grass. Feel free to park directly in front of the gate for ease of loading in and out. You may see me or my farm hand at work. If you need a no visual/no contact visit, please let me know in advance.

Sassy Fox Farm

23 beautiful acres with amazing views of the valley below. Good mix of fields woodlands short and long grass. A small creek runs thru the property. This is a small private homestead, we do have goats, chickens and ducks. Also a flower garden and fruit and nut trees. The front part of the property is fenced, but the rest of the acreage is not. We also have 2 doggy poop stations for you to dispose of all the gifts your pooch may leave behind. At the top of the hill there are 2 Adirondack chairs for you to catch your breath and take in the spectacular view, as well as a seating area in the woods!

The Dog-Out at Big Sky Ranch, Fully Fenced Park For Dogs In Oregon City, includes Outhouse.

Relax with your pooch in a hidden valley away from street noise in our private dog park called The Dog-Out! Sit in the woodsy A-frame hut, out of the sun or rain while your pups explores the 1/3 acre area. Sit at the picnic table and share lunch together. Need to get out some energy? Run your dog through all the agility obstacles! A Saw-Dust Toilet Outhouse is available for your convenience. See pictures. It’s there incase you need it. Coming Soon: a swing-set for the kids, more obstacles, more toys. Dogs are free to dig as much as they want! Our farm is 1/2 mile down a private drive. The Sniffspot is at our property entrance along our driveway. There’s a mini-Aussie that lives in the white house 500 ft away from the Sniffspot. Private Dog Park by the Creek

Private Dog Park on 1+ Acres Near Mt. Scott Creek IMPORTANT: Fresh tap water is not available in the dog field across the creek, and water bowls are not provided. If you prefer that your dog not drink from the creek, please bring your own drinking water and bowl. Just five minutes from Clackamas Town Center, our one-acre field offers plenty of open space, rolling hills, and access to peaceful Mt. Scott Creek. The creek flows year-round, although the water level drops during summer, and several areas allow dogs to wade and cool off on warm days. Please be aware that the creek is not fenced at either end, so this spot may not be suitable for dogs likely to follow the creek beyond the property. We do not use conventional chemical pesticides. The field is treated with organic diatomaceous earth in early spring and late fall to help control pests. The creekside can become muddy during winter, but most of the property—especially the upper fields—remains dry throughout the year. Please bring: • Drinking water for your dog • Your own water bowl • A towel during wet or muddy weather Because the property is large, dog waste can easily be missed. Please keep track of where your dog goes and pick up all waste after. Complimentary waste bags are provided, with one trash bin near the creek and another in the upper field. This field is lightly wooded and has a few winding trails through it. It is on a hill side and has a seasonal creek and pond. You will occasionally see deer & wild turkeys. Brick Road Ranch

Welcome to our slice of paradise! Your dogs will have full access to our 1.5 acre fully fenced pasture to run and get all their energy out. The pasture is fully fenced with field fencing all around and backs up to a farm field. On a clear day you can see the tip of Mount Hood straight out the back of the property and a fantastic view of Mount Jefferson to the right. Young giant sequoias and cedar trees line both sides of the pasture. Three mature oak trees provide shade in the middle of the pasture. You will hear birds all around the property in the trees as your dogs play. Amenities include: people lounge chairs, dog loungers, dog houses, dog water with a seasonal spigot and hose, a pooper scooper and bucket, and a lean-to to provide shelter in poor weather. Throw a ball as hard as you can and let your dogs be dogs.

Oak Creek Playing & Training Field

This is a fenced, grassy, fairly rough field a short drive out of town, perfect for training and playing with your dog. Chairs and picnic table available. Note: during heavy rains in the winter months the field will be closed due to the wear and tear on the grass. Closures will be noted in the title page. There is a small drainage ditch in one corner of the field. A bowl and faucet are available for your use during warm weather, there is detergent there if you want to clean out the bowl. However, water will be turned off during winter months. Doggie bags are available as well as a bucket for you to drop them in.

Maple Reach - Rural 0.3 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park

We offer a secure place for your dog to run -- and a peaceful mini-retreat for you to sit, relax and enjoy the forest and countryside. We're located a mile north of Highway 26 (near Banks) -- about 30-40 minutes west of Portland, 15-20 minutes from Hillsboro or Forest Grove).

A water jug station will also be added to have more water jugs available for guests to replace with fresh ones once emptied. 10/15/2025 Mulch has been ordered, we plan on slowly topping up mulched area's as needed throughout the fall and winter months. 4/6/2025 Picnic tables have been ordered to accommodate larger groups, we plan to have them setup by 4/17. Easley Acres Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Vancouver

We live on 5 acres about 1 mile from Camp Bonneville. The 2 acre pasture has a fenced seasonal pond in the middle, flat and open with lots of room for zoomies, frisbee, fetch, or just lounging and enjoying the birds and trees. Pasture is fenced with 4 foot field fence with electric wire at the top (not charged), and separate from the house. Front fence borders on 68th St. Plenty of room to run and explore! Let's keep the pasture nice, please discourage digging and pick up after dog. My Border Collie and Mini Aussie will find your leavings (it's a large space, I understand things get missed, it helps to carry poo bags to minimize backtracking). For human exercise... 6 laps around perimeter fence is approx. 1 mile, 6 laps around pond fence is approx. 1/4 mile.

We are located in the middle of wine country. This is a previous horse pasture, so the ground is uneven. Humans should not run in the field. The field is on Hwy 240, so there is traffic noise. The neighbor's fence is 40 feet away from the park's perimeter so there is no contact possible with other dogs. Bring water. I do not provide water because shared water bowls can spread many diseases. Two chairs are under the apple tree .

Spirit Farm and Gardens

The outdoor space is available during daylight hours. Indoor space is available as an add-on and recommended for evening visits or during inclement weather. This is a 5-acre farm, with 1 full acre dedicated to the sniff spot. The pastures are cross-fenced, allowing for room to explore but not too far. An indoor riding arena is available as an add-on. It is fully enclosed on three sides, with the 4th wall solid up to 5 feet keeping the wind and weather out and the dogs safe and fully enclosed during playtime. It is well-lit for evening use. Horses offer additional entertainment but are always a safe distance with a large space (enough to drive a large truck through) between fence lines. The animals are not reactive to the dogs even when barking at them. The farm animals don't respond to the dogs, often the dogs move on to exploring the space. We have some simple agility items in the space along with balls and other toys to help entertain both you and your dogs. As a guest, you have access to: * Fully Fenced Acre of play space for off-leash adventures * Water - Lift the blue handle to start the flow of water * Poop baggies * White garbage can * Dog towels, clean ones in the clear container, and dirty ones go into the grey tote. We ask you to use 1 towel per visit if possible. * Porta Potty * Shelter with chairs and a small table you can put anywhere in the field during your visit we just ask that you put them back when you are done. * During the summer days we include a doggie kiddie pool. Double them up when you use them so they are easier to empty and less likely to break. Please dump the pool and return it to the corner when you are finished. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: This is a field that has uneven ground including mole and gopher holes. Please watch your step. Please keep within the Sniffspot area. If you happen to throw a ball over a fence just message me and I can retrieve it for you. It is important to stay outside of areas marked private property. Those gates also have extra locks, but we want to be sure everyone stays safe. USE OF INDOOR ARENA: During harsh weather (over 95 degrees or winter would be those days of wind and heavy rain) the indoor arena may be an option. YOU MUST MESSAGE me before the visit to be sure it is ready for you. That space is in an area marked private property. Access is granted when the indoor space is reserved as an add on. Welcome to Columbia Gateway! *Please avoid the west-end under construction, for the safety of yourself and our ADU project.* Our park is a fairly wide-open space where your dogs can run and play. We have a variety of shady spots, trees, plants that harbor animals and birds. Pick your fill of blackberries July-August. Please never bring any unvaccinated dog or puppy. Please monitor your dogs and clean up any messes. Extra waste bags are available in the old metal milk box located on the ground, left of the porch steps. Credits are given to good samaritans for helping with missed piles! Please report any problems, hazards, concerns or issues as soon as possible! We want to get things handled asap! Absolutely no digging; Please do not allow your dog to dig. Private areas: -house including the porch - Water is provided unless freezing temps are expected May-Sept PLEASE USE SPIGOT next to House Chimney for water. If not working properly, blue yard hydrant handle should always be open (up) in summer months. Dedicated Park area is EAST of the driveway and the grassy area that wraps around back of the house. Have a good time exploring and playing! We appreciate your business and love dogs. Please just encourage them to avoid the porch areas and flower/fruit gardens. Leave any open water line or hose running if found that way in summer months. Residents of the home may come and go during your reservation. This is a rare but possible occurrence.
