There is ample parking and a turn around so you do not need to back out onto a busy road. There are trash bins for poop bags, a water faucet on the outside of the house and a green crock for a water bowl. I try to have a chair or two available as well. There is shade in the morning but it is full sun in the afternoon. It is also a very breezy location because we are so close to Georgian Bay. Pls be thoughtful when you leave a review. This is not some big money making business. We offer our property to support dog families who need a safe space for activity. When we get negative reviews because someone is “too hot” or “it rained” it makes us question what we are doing and why. It is a lot of work to maintain this space. We really do hope you enjoy.

We keep the trailed groomed almost daily in the winter to make walking easier. PARKING: please park in the round about and go around the left side of the house to the trail. Winter parking: Please park your vehicle on the corner of the paved driveway LEASHES: Please leash your dogs until you are on the trail and when returning to the parking lot if they don’t have reliable recall. DOG POOP: Please use a stick to flick your dog’s poop out of sight and off the trail or put in a doggy bag. There is a compost bin you are welcome to throw your compostable doggy bags in there. RESPECT NATURE: No smoking or littering. Please keep our Sniffspot beautiful and safe from potential fire. The entrance to the trail is at the back left of the property.
