Welcome to my private, fully fenced large yard where your dog can safely run, sniff and relax with no other dogs present. This space is designed for peaceful, one-on-one time for just you and your pup. Open 1/2 acre with no trees so plenty of space for your pups to run and do zoomies and get some great exercise. Secure area with 6’ high fencing. The area is not connected to our home so it gives you private time with your dogs. All visits must be booked at least 3 hours in advance through Sniffspot for each day and time-no drop-ins or recurring standing visits. About 1 acre fully fenced in yard with a 6 foot privacy fence, except the gate - (which is 4 ft chain link). Bench & patio furniture for the humans. Cushions are in the shed, please just return them to the shed after use. We have poop bags, a trash bucket, water dishes, and toys also in the shed along with a kiddie pool you can use. In the summer there is a water faucet attached to the barn, right in the yard to fill the kiddie pool or water bowls. A frost free faucet located right outside the fence, on the back of the house is usable all year. Both are fed from a natural spring on property for crystal clear water. Please note we are are a working wooshop so you may hear, and occasionally see people, on your walk to the backyard.

There is also a water hose available. If the dog water bowl has no water in it, you are welcome to use the hose to fill it! We have 6' privacy fence and a nice shady area under the trees :) We have one dog of our own who will be inside during your stay. You may see people out front or inside the house but the backyard is yours to enjoy. We will give you space with your pup. This spot in a neighborhood setting. Be aware this means people and dogs could be walking around. I do not have control of what people and dogs are in the neighborhood outside of my fenced in spot. The fenced in area is down a long driveway and away from the sidewalk. I do have a box of toys I put out but it’s not listed as an amenity as they tend to get ruined quickly.

If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family may be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.

Fitchburg Dog Park, located at 198 Townsend St in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, is a fully fenced enclosure where dogs and their owners can enjoy off-leash play. All dogs must have up-to-date licenses and vaccinations. Handlers must be 16 or older, with a maximum of three dogs per person. Aggressive dogs, excessive barking, and unattended dogs are not permitted. Owners must clean up after their dogs. No large dogs are allowed in the small dog enclosure.
