Hello I am Mookie, a Golden Doodle who loves to play ball and my Human is Grace. She got me this place with a long yard, perfect for playing with a chuck it! I begged for a pug and she let me have Frankie. We are happy to share our yards which have different areas for different Dog needs. Human needs can be taken care of too. We are relatively new to Sniffspot and will be adding new features as we go. Our pictures show how much we have changed since we opened the very snowy end of January. Frankie and I will not be coming out to visit your dogs, but once you leave we will enjoy learning about them on our scent hunt. We believe this will create a lot of interest and fun for us and for your special family members too. A little info about my place, I have safe space to unload and load the doggos. Important to close the gate as you enter and exit the property. Everywhere is fenced. It is 2 acres total, the area that you will be playing in is a very nice long field with a small pool which gets changed between guests, and a larger one that My human adds water to between guests. it looks dirty, however, it is from the sand box and dirt hills that my human made for the dogs to play in. It is too large for her to clean after each guest. There is a water hose with a shower head that you can use for play and clean up as well. Added attraction, MOLES and we love sniffing after them. Be watchful of holes that my human missed filling between guests, she tries very hard to find them, but Frankie is a digger! This is a place for fun , everything is not perfect , but the yard is a lot of fun for Frankie and also for me! We love to explore and sometimes we see deer here and other wild animals! UPDATE: All fences are secure. IF for some reason your dog slips out the farm gate entrance to the sniff spot, the entire property is fenced, and your dog will not get out. There is a shade canopy which will protect from the rain and some chairs to relax in. You may encounter holes because dogs love to dig in the soft turf and the hill of dirt, please let me know if you find some that my human and I have not gotten filled between visits and she will fix that! With so many trees, there will be branches down. I find that the dogs love to pick through those sticks. I try to keep on top of the really big ones, but if you see any let my human know. PLEASE NOTE: If your ball or other toys go over the fence, they now belong to my neighbor! PLEASE You must not go over the fence to get them!! I have other balls and will be happy for you to use them while here, if they go over, I can deal with him later! Thank you for your consideration of my neighbors. Whistlestop Private Dog Park

This is a working sheep farm. You may see rams in the adjacent pasture. The L shaped field is about 2.5 acres of open ground. A second field is now open, adding 3.5 acres of short grass. Feel free to park directly in front of the gate for ease of loading in and out. You may see me or my farm hand at work. If you need a no visual/no contact visit, please let me know in advance.

We are located in the middle of wine country. This is a previous horse pasture, so the ground is uneven. Humans should not run in the field. The field is on Hwy 240, so there is traffic noise. The neighbor's fence is 40 feet away from the park's perimeter so there is no contact possible with other dogs. Bring water. I do not provide water because shared water bowls can spread many diseases. Two chairs are under the apple tree .

Tail Waggers private dog park

Your attendance has allowed us to continue development of our Disney Land for dogs and being a contributor to the Portland Humane Society. Toward that end this is what we have to offer at present with more to come. Two main walking trails, with two offshoot trail loops at present. Signage is there at each to help you in and out of each. Each has a selection of walking sticks at the trailhead, should you choose to use them. Appropriate good grip footwear is recommended especially during our monsoon season. Trail one, the shorter of the two, is about 25 minutes give or take, and takes a degree of dexterity more than trail too. Trail two contains two loops trails that take 30 to 45 minutes there and back to the parking area. The trail has two rest areas to sit with umbrellas to keep the rain off when needed. Trail 2, loop two has large Vern plant areas like you may have seen in the Jurassic Park movies.  There are (2) Two parking areas, one much larger for up to 25 cars to accommodate larger group events. The 2nd is at the top of the hill b4 you go down into valley were you will see a sign letting you know that if your early you can park there till your designated reservation time. At the bottom you will find a porta potty for your convenience with a lighted pathway after the sun has set. For your convenience you will find seven Poop Depots with bag dispensers throughout the park. A guest ( Mark) donated a fire hydrant as a much appreciated pee station for many pups. There are two water play areas. The preferable one is now down by our inlet water pipes. Its a shallow pool area feed by spring water, so there is no concern about algae. We call it the pup self wash area because it’s only belly deep and is an absolute favorite of the pups to play in. It’s also proved to help pups who might be afraid or timid of playing in water to investigate it a little more. The other is the larger man-made pond area. This at one time was a large beautiful pond, that we had invested a large amount of money to development a Doggie Dock Dive. We had also a selection of small watercraft to help acclimate pups to being on the water with a parent. It included a selection of different size lifejackets for parents and pups. Floatable toys for retrieval were nearby. All that however became unusable because our neighbor who controls the water level with a dam did not like us having a private dog park and said if we didn’t shut it down he would just empty the pond, which he ultimately did and mow as a result has become a mud flat. We have a solution that will bring the level back up and have set up a Go Fund Me to help us with that expense. Any donation would receive a gift certificate to show our appreciation. They can use it for their own use or it can be given to a non Sniff Spot member to use at our park for various functions. Our Muddy Paw Spa has multiple cleaning brushes, paw wash cups, a spray hose and the more favorite is a water spray wash glove that sprays water out of the palm of the glove. This is an important option especially during our monsoon season to clean pups and shoes before getting into the car. Included, are multiple towels to dry off your pup, and a close line to hang the wet towels on to dry off. In the area where you see all the picnic tables, you will see a Doggie Dig Box filled with beach sand for those pups who have the need to just dig. Near to that is an upright 50 Pd “Tug of War” that big pups love. Next is a childrens play area to play in and on. We installed a tetherball for the children, but soon learned that the pups love playing with it, who would have guessed? Down from the children’s play area is a comprehensive agility course with all the obstacles that you would see on the YouTube obstacle course events. Love seeing the pups racing around that. Multiple toy stations. If on your visit, you would like to donate unused toys for other pups to enjoy that would certainly be appreciated. A long mowed area above the pond for long distance ball and frisbee retrieval. They’re also a few frisbee catchers there to practice frisbee throwing accuracy. Long, medium range and putter frisbees are provided. A 10 x 10 doggy dig sandbox for those pups to enjoy digging. A tug-of-war for those pups will enjoy a good tug. The picnic area has been expanded to accommodate pup, birthday parties, pup, groups, and family gatherings. For those bringing young children, a swingset. Solar lighting around trees, parking area and the porta potty will help to illuminate these areas when darkness falls. There are water dispensers with water bowls. There is another area being developed presently that will become an urban agility course.

Please note- entry is past the 4595 sign ON Eagle Crest. Marked with Sniff Spot signs. Fully enclosed forest/pasture area for dogs to run, dig and explore. Pull in at gate and close gate behind you. Neighbors have dogs, but they’re usually unseen. Please be aware this is a rural neighborhood in the middle of cherry orchards. Farm equipment, saws etc maybe heard. Along with people and their dogs depending on the time of day. The spot is private, but there may be activity outside of it.

Beautiful secluded 40 acre piece of vacant forested land, with a creek that winds thru the length of the property. There is a well maintained gravel hiking road the stretches the length of the property and is approx a 3/4 of a mile long and crosses the Creek. There are 7 miles of Hiking trails, that cross and run along the creek and meander thru the woods (bring your hiking shoes :).

Spring is one of our favorite seasons—the creek is flowing, the pasture is green, and many guests return again and again to experience it. We are a rural, outdoor property designed for dogs who need room to run, sniff, and decompress. Please note it is partially fenced and bordered by foliage and Abernathy Creek. Other Animals & Activity: • No other dogs are present on the property. • Two cats may be visible; please supervise dogs that chase cats. • The property is mostly quiet; occasional outdoor activity from the homeowner may occur. • Occasional machinery or vehicle noise may be heard from surrounding areas. Terrain: This is a natural field environment. A beautiful 1/4 acre fully fenced private yard in SW Portland near Hayhurst Elementary. Fresh woodchip paths all the way around the yard. Dogs can dig in the creek, run around the large fenced yard, and bark at squirrels that run along the fence. Located on a quiet, dead end road, parking is street only. This is an active permaculture farm, so expect compost piles, garden equipment, and slightly uneven ground. There are many flowers and plants; please do not allow dogs to dig in garden beds - they will be marked. Thanks!

Water available. Please bring your own dog bowl, poop bags, and toys. The ones I have provided have gone missing. Over 20 fir trees + other trees on this expansive lot in Beaverton. Organic - no pesticides, fertilizers, or chemicals used. Grass, vinca minor, under a canopy of large trees. Shaded and open areas. House located on a cul-de-sac. Native plants & trees encourage native species (butterflies, hummingbirds, etc). Grass is green in the spring and fall, can be yellow/green in the summer (water preservation.) Picnic table shaded by trees. Lights on 2 story deck, lights that surround the deck, and lights above the cement patio available upon request. You can place poop bags in trash (yellow bucket.) Fully Fenced South Tabor Yard with Trees and Foliage

Fully fenced doggy backyard paradise! Your dog may be groomed, but our backyard isn’t! Does your dog like to chase squirrels? Play fetch? Dig in the dirt? Sniff leaves? Roll around in the grass? Walk around in ivy? Find big sticks and drag em around? Then we’ve got the backyard of their dreams! Chill on our cozy outdoor furniture (if weather allows) while your dog explores all the smells, sights, and critters our trees and bushes have to offer. We’re conveniently located in very walkable South Tabor neighborhood with an accessible private gate entrance. Note that we do live in a neighborhood and have neighboring dogs that are sometimes visible or audible from our yard (see special rules section for details) That said, our yard is fully fenced in and secure. Extra poop bags and treats will be available for your pup (as often as possible) in the green fanny pack hanging on the gate. Feel free to toss treats around the yard to turn it into a giant snuffle mat :)

Private Dog Park by the Creek

Private Dog Park on 1+ Acres Near Mt. Scott Creek IMPORTANT: Fresh tap water is not available in the dog field across the creek, and water bowls are not provided. If you prefer that your dog not drink from the creek, please bring your own drinking water and bowl. Just five minutes from Clackamas Town Center, our one-acre field offers plenty of open space, rolling hills, and access to peaceful Mt. Scott Creek. The creek flows year-round, although the water level drops during summer, and several areas allow dogs to wade and cool off on warm days. Please be aware that the creek is not fenced at either end, so this spot may not be suitable for dogs likely to follow the creek beyond the property. We do not use conventional chemical pesticides. The field is treated with organic diatomaceous earth in early spring and late fall to help control pests. The creekside can become muddy during winter, but most of the property—especially the upper fields—remains dry throughout the year. Please bring: • Drinking water for your dog • Your own water bowl • A towel during wet or muddy weather Because the property is large, dog waste can easily be missed. Please keep track of where your dog goes and pick up all waste after. Complimentary waste bags are provided, with one trash bin near the creek and another in the upper field. There are 2 miles of graveled roads and 6 miles of trails to hike, along with a creek that runs thru the property. You will have cell phone service at the Christmas tree lot area where you will park, but limited cell phone service if you decide to hike around. There are seats at the xmas tree lot, along with water and a garbage can 🐶. Dori's Hilltop Haven - Fully Fenced Private Dog Park

Welcome to Dori’s Hilltop Haven! We’re a dog-loving family living on a quiet rural property in the hills of Gaston. We fenced this area for our crew who needed the room to run and play and now we’re happy to share it with others. The whole yard is fully fenced with 6ft non-climb and sits on a gentle slope with plenty of room for dogs to run, sniff and explore. The fenced area is near our house so it’s possible you’ll see us coming and going, but the yard itself is fully yours during your visit. Since we’re near the end of a private road we find that we are a great fit for reactive dogs, dogs in training, or anyone looking for a quieter place to let their dog run. We do our best to make sure you have everything you need out there during your visit - chairs, water bowl and hose, toys, poop bags and cots for the dogs that need a break. If there’s anything you think we’re missing don’t hesitate to message me! We’re really happy to share our space with you and hope your dogs love it as much as ours do. Its sniffspot Sauvie Island Spot 2 and it open 5am to 10pm ( closed until September) We also rent Sauvie Island fully fenced arena.

We provide freshwater and poop bags for dogs. Chairs for people. Dog party are welcome! Please clean up after your dog, if you have kids, please keep the kid safe. Our Sniffspot is designed for dogs to enjoy private playtime, not as a venue for human parties or gatherings. We do not have restroom facilities. For the safety and comfort of all guests, a maximum of 2 adults is permitted per dog. For example, 1 dog may have up to 2 adults, 2 dogs may have up to 4 adults, and 20 dogs may have up to 40 adults. This policy helps ensure the space is used primarily for the dogs’ enjoyment and maintains a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
