The fenced area includes: Water/hose access Kiddie pool and sandbox Dog toys Deck plus seating area Swing and chairs for humans Covered sun porch for shade or rainy days Beyond the fenced space, our quiet property also includes open front and side yards with additional room to explore on leash, plus access to wooded surroundings and a calm cul-de-sac that’s great for a pre-or post visit walk. This spot is ideal for reactive dogs needing private space, high energy dogs who love to run, or humans who simply want a peaceful outdoor place to enjoy time with their pup. We’re located in a quiet, small, friendly neighborhood right off of Route 64 and Richmond Road and are only about seven minutes from Charlottesville and ten minutes from Zions Xroads. I have 6 acres directly on the South Fork of the Shenandoah River. Great spot for small mouth fishing. Pictures taken are when the river was very low but regardless it’s still a pretty good spot to go out in the water. Also available to drop in or hop out for kayaking.
