Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Our Sniffspot is on approximately 2 acres and is completely fenced in. Access the pasture in the north gate. Drive into the pasture and then close the gate behind you. Then let those fur babies run. Next to the barn is a table & 2 chairs. Water is available under the deck, please bring your own bowl. Please use the trash can to clean up after your pups. Please book your reservation during daylight hours. Obviously this will change based on time of year. Our house color is barnyard red and the gates are past the house. Imperia's Canine Connection 1+ Acre Private Dog Park Temporary Closure Notice: The hailstorm on May 30th wreaked havoc on the roofs of my home and outbuildings. I will need to close access from September 16th to 21st so the roofs can be replaced, and repair work can be completed on the horse barn. Thanks for understanding. Happy Tails! - Jon The Spot: Over 1 acre of fully fenced (6' chain link) field area with a drive-through gate so your dogs can start running right out of the car. The surface is packed sandy soil with the lush natural vegetation of the spring starting to dry up with the summer heat. A walk around the interior fence line is about 1/4 mile so it's great for the active dog owner too. It's a close-in rural location right in Aurora just two miles east of I-225 from the Sixth Ave exit. While my field area is strictly for the dogs, there is a horse in a corral area next to the dog field. My neighbor has loose chickens on his property. Neither the horse nor the chickens are bothered by dogs. Dogs may bark out of curiosity and that's totally appropriate and ok, but they soon realize that with no reaction there is no need to bark. Large fenced yard with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. There's always toys for the dogs and the kids can play on the play house. Water for the dogs and for the kids if they are willing to drink from the hose! Trash can available on the way out. You can park on the driveway or the street and access the yard from the gate on the west side of the house. Please pickup after your pet or child. I do have a dog that will come out barking if I'm not home to block her inside. She's very friendly, she just sounds ferocious with her loud bark.

Have lure coursing available by appointment (must confirm by message for operator availability) and custom agility equipment (must make special arrangement for using that) and check ahead, the agility equipment is sometimes out at other locations for events. We know of a trainer who may be offering classes for Agility, Obedience & Behavior Modification at our location. If interested please contact us and provide your information, the trainer will setup a class time when we have sufficient interest to fill a class of 3-6 people at our location.

Hello! Our fence is about 3 1/2 feet tall and has mesh between the slats to fully enclose the yard. We back to open space and provide shaded seating, dog bags, fresh drinking water and more! Come take a sniff!

3/17/24 - Yard is a mix of mud and snow right now(towels available for clean up). Neighbors house next door burnt down and no one is living there so it has been quiet. Neighbor 2 houses down has a dog (male boxer) that sometimes barks.
