90 minute time slot. We have an open 70 acres surrounding a private pond with a trail thru the fields and woods around nature. The time allotment is 90 minutes only. We ask that our guests park by the barn and go straight to the lake then to the left around the lake. Trails are marked. It is about a 1 mile trail or more. trails are not plowed open in the winter but are perfect for snow shoeing, hiking an fat tire bikes in the snow on the trails or perfect spring to fall on the maintained trails.

Our dogs love walking the trails, sprinting through the woods, and diving through the prairie grasses. We love offering other pups the chance to enjoy it too! The trails are mostly wooded, and there is a ravine with a small creek (often dry in the summer). There are areas of trails, woods, prairie, and mowed grass. There is a barbed-wire fence marking the property line around the property, however it is not fully-fenced. Ultimate WINTER Sniffing Experience in Roseville!

Winter Update 2025/2026 - still open for sniffs! We’ve taken down the hammock and the sunshade on the gazebo, and put the pool away… but still open for sniffing fun! Nearly 1/3 of an acre in Roseville available for your dog to sniff until their heart’s content! Open mowed grassy area wide enough for zoomies and long enough for fetch, as well as natural/unmanicured shaded areas for “jungle sniffari’s”. Not far off of Highway 36 and 35E, enjoy the perks of room to run while having the privacy of your own space. Plenty of seating for humans underneath a shaded gazebo, with a table and basic amenities for guest use. Please be aware that we do have other dogs in the neighborhood. This includes our direct neighbors to the north, who we share a chain link fence with. If you are visiting on an evening or weekend, there’s a good chance their dog will be outside also! Be careful of any ice that may be around - the “grippy stuff” I put down is cat litter for traction… totally dog safe!

Our yard is fully fenced with lots of room to run and scents to smell! Our long yard is great for throwing a ball, zoomies, running after bunnies or squirrels and rolling in the grass!
