Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Lots of lawn and woods for pups to run! I have a friendly sheepadoodle too if your pup wants a playmate. A large pond is also accessible for dog paddlers. This is in Kingsmill a gated community but just give the guard your name and Malone at 17 Whittakers and I will have you on my guest list. If you want directions from either gate to my house in addition to your gps the guard will do that too.

Lots of hidden treasure sniff spots, room for full speed zoomies, some wildlife if you’re lucky, and tons of space to explore. Yard treated with pet/eco friendly lawn products ONLY, also treated for fleas/ticks/mosquitos regularly

The yard is on a corner lot and is completely fenced in. The yard stays well kept. You will also have access to a covered porch with chairs. Doggy bags be be available as well as a trash can. Water will also be provided.

*BACKYARD ONLY- FRONT YARD IS OFF LIMITS DUE TO GARDEN AREA* Access backyard by going through front yard, gate will be on the left of the house to access the back. Covered porch area in back with seating. Will have hand sanitizer and bug spray available. Poop bags will be available as well - please clean up after your dogs and throw bags away in garbage bin (by front gate of the house). Agility tunnel is available to use, may or may not be placed out already - if not it will be on the back porch. Dog toys will be available on the porch as well in a little bin. Outdoor kids play house will be available to use, but the trampoline is OFF LIMITS. please do not use the trampoline. Please do not allow dogs to dig. Dog wash station is free to use. Hose will be located on the side by the trampoline, the faucet to turn it on is in front of the house by the front door (there is a hose splitter - make sure the one to the back yard is switched on also). We recommend you bring towels to dry your dog ,bug spray and sunscreen during warmer months. We’d love to welcome you to our place. We used a non-toxic dye in ponds  in early March to give shade for the large Koi. It helps protect them from the blue herring until the summer grass comes in. It has almost completely faded, and it’s safe for fish plants, domestic and wildlife just a little heads up. our grandchildren swim in it. So feel safe.
