Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Welcome to Ghent on the Corner! Enjoy our 2,500 sq ft corner lot with a 4 ft white vinyl picket fence. Driveway parking for 2 cars. Enjoy shaded seating underneath our gazebo. Spray your dog with our hose or throw a ball around with your pup. My partner Abel Cortez and I host this spot, but you will not interact with us or our dogs when visiting. Lots of lawn and woods for pups to run! I have a friendly sheepadoodle too if your pup wants a playmate. A large pond is also accessible for dog paddlers. This is in Kingsmill a gated community but just give the guard your name and Malone at 17 Whittakers and I will have you on my guest list. If you want directions from either gate to my house in addition to your gps the guard will do that too.

Owners dogs will be inside during your reserved times. Occasionally the train goes by. Backyard has two sections that are gated off but you can open gate. Please close this gate and main entrance gate prior to leaving the property.

No children are allowed in the pool due to liability, not even as an extra. No one under 18 is permitted. Run, Jump, Splash, Relax Allow your pup(s) to stretch their legs with our large fenced in yard. We have an extra picket aluminum fence, safe for the little companions to enjoy too. We have a newly built swimming pool with a splash pad and a covered patio which offers plenty of shade. Our covered patio has two ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, comfy patio furniture for five, an outlet for charging phones or laptops, WiFi available, and misting fan available upon request. We also have treats and frosty paws ice cream available upon request and let us know if your pup has any dietary restrictions. Bottled water available for guests and fresh water for pups(frozen bowl or ice cubes available upon request). We do have two medium size dog canopies, a chilly pad, numerous toys for stretching those legs and tiring out your companion. *Please be respectful and courteous as this is our home* *NO glass or alcohol allowed on property *NO smoking of any type *Please clean up after yourself *Thoroughly brush your pup(s) prior to swimming as to reduce the amount of hair in the pool. We recommend you bring towels to dry your dog ,bug spray and sunscreen during warmer months. We’d love to welcome you to our place. We used a non-toxic dye in ponds  in early March to give shade for the large Koi. It helps protect them from the blue herring until the summer grass comes in. It has almost completely faded, and it’s safe for fish plants, domestic and wildlife just a little heads up. our grandchildren swim in it. So feel safe.

The yard is on a corner lot and is completely fenced in. The yard stays well kept. You will also have access to a covered porch with chairs. Doggy bags be be available as well as a trash can. Water will also be provided.

I have a quiet fenced-in yard on a corner lot just minutes from Town Center. As the parent of a dog that suffers from anxiety, I completely understand the need for controlled environments that allow your dog the chance to be their best self. I'm proud to provide a spot where your dog can run and play in a quiet and protected space far from any of their usual stressors. We also provide an enclosed sun room so the parents have their own space to relax while watching their animals enjoy themselves.

If you don’t pickup after your dog there is a $25 fee. You may see myself or cleaners inside the home but you have full private use of the backyard.
