Our property covers the creek by the road and extends into woods that are not used by anyone. Our friendly cat may join you on your walk, or you could get quacked at by my ducks! I can secure the cat and ducks if needed, but my chickens are very independent and tend to stay close to the house. I am home most of the time, and usually outside to give walking tips or point out landmarks; also for any problems! My yard is not part of the site! I would prefer if you would keep your dogs secure around my home and pet poultry, until you get down to the creek/woods.

We bought this house mostly for our dogs because I mean, look at that yard! Our boys love it and now we'd love to share it with you. Our home is tucked right off Fort Ave in a very quiet neighborhood. When you come over, you'll park right in front of the gate to enter into the backyard. The gate will be propped open for you and you'll need to pull it shut when you leave. When you come, our dogs will be in our basement with no access to seeing the backyard, as to not to trigger ours or yours, but you may be able to hear some barking occasionally. Further, we have lots of squirrels in our yard and the occasional cat that hangs out in our driveway. There are two chairs outside, a hammock, kids toys, and dog toys. There will always be access to water for your pup and we'll provide bags and treats. I have a fully fenced in yard. There is one gap, but we have covered it with cinder blocks. It is a 6 ft privacy fence, so you shouldn’t see the neighbors. One set of next door neighbors has a dog that is occasionally out. Please keep dogs on leash when outside of the yard. Thank you! Out in the yard there will be balls for your pup to play with, a water bowl, and a hose. We can also set up a tent we use for vendor events when it’s sunny or raining for shade/coverage. Just let us know in advance. There is also shade from a large tree in the yard. If you need a dog first aid kit, we will have one in the house along with things like water for humans, snacks for pups and humans, and a restroom for humans to use. If you need a towel for your pup, let us know, and we’ll be glad to give you a dog towel to use. We will bring things out to you. These are only available if we are home. Street parking is available at all times. You may park in the driveway, but please ask first in case one of us is going to have to leave (or coming back) while you are there.
