Sniffspot's private dog parks are the best way to exercise your dog. We have the best variety and the best priced dog parks anywhere!
I am temporarily closed for maintenance but hope to reopen no later than the end of April. Members are still welcome! BECAUSE OF THE RESPIRATORY VIRUS CIRCULATING RIGHT NOW, MY VET HAS ADVISED ME TO REQUIRE 3 VACCINES: Bordatella, Canine Influenza, and lepto (DHLPP). When you book, I will message you for a copy of your dog(s)’ vaccination records. I understand this is a burden but it’s very important to me to keep all visiting dogs and my own dog as safe as possible. Thank you so much for your cooperation! Large, fully fenced backyard. Lots of places for your dog to smell and explore. Also plenty of room to throw a ball. Backyard has several flood lights so you can see a good part of the yard at night. I have a regular who comes at night every week with her two dogs! Table, chairs and umbrella are set up on the patio for your use as your dog plays! Wheelchair accessible. Please note that parking for up to 2 cars is included in your reservation. Additional cars are $3 per car. You can add additional cars as an extra on my spot. Thank you and look forward to your visit!
We have a fully-fenced grassy backyard with slate paths winding through azaleas and fruit trees. You can sit under an umbrella on a sturdy deck and watch your dog run in total privacy. There is enough open space for throwing balls and frisbees and we have good areas for rolling, and (in summer) even a plastic play pool for cooling off. There are dogs in the neighborhood, which makes for lots of "conversation" but no contact. We have a cat but she usually gets up and sneers at your dog rather than engaging. Or she goes inside and goes to sleep. We also have a Tibetan Terrier (Atticus) who might come out to say hello but will then go back inside. The basement is an AirBnB space and the guests occasionally have a dog. They know not to bother you. If you find someone there, just explain that you are a Sniffspot client and let them know when the backyard will be free. The squirrels are smart enough to make it to a tree or fence long before they get bothered but it's a good race. We bought the house and built the yard for our Goldendoodle who passed away. Mike loved the place and your pup will too. (Recent: We've blocked all weekdays for a very nice couple of dog trainers who do puppy classes. They aren't actually around all the time, so if your dog really needs a break call 240-210-3336 and see if the time is free.)
We have a heavy duty curtain to close off the space for your privacy. Towels, hand sanitizer, and first aid kit available upon request.
Fur-Get Me Not is a leading daycare, boarding, and training facility in the area. We welcome the dog community to exercise and provide mental stimulation utilizing our facility when the dog training school is not actively in use. We work with many rescues and also reactive and fearful dogs. We understand the need to provide a safe play space for these dogs and happy to offer our facility as a stress-free option.

Fully enclosed fenced backyard. Lots of space to run and chase balls. Wide open. Pesticide-free and natural lawn care, maintained and mowed on a regular schedule. Soft plush grass that feels good on paws and feet.
Capitol Heights backyard for your furry friend. I love dogs and am happy to share my sniffy spots and such with your four legged canine!
*We're on Instagram @Kinneys_Sniffspot * *The lawn just got a fresh cut and trim, and I'm in the process of putting mulch down. It looks great, so come on by and check it out!* We have somewhere between a third to a half acre in our backyard, fully enclosed with a 5 to 7-ft wood fence. We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include two different size jumps, a balance beam, a slide, a spring-loaded tug rope attached to a tree, a little patio table if you'd like to sit down, a hammock, and a trampoline. With the slide, not every dog can manage to get up it, so please just use your judgment and be safe 😁.
Designated parking in a large fenced-in yard in Chevy Chase DC. Dog food, water bowls, toys, balls, and outdoor bedding provided. Your dog will have a blast at our place. Can provide additional items as needed-just send us a message! Due to our busy schedules we have a 24 hour notice for bookings for non-members, but we can be accommodating! Just send us a message and we will try to make it work!
Fully fenced large yard; enter via private gate. Enjoy yourself on sturdy table & chairs, while your dog romps and plays on lush, green grass. Phone dead? No worries – electric outlet available on deck‼️ Dog toys and fresh water available.
Privacy fenced in large section of backyard. Located right by East Falls Metro. One driveway space will always be available for use. Lots of street parking after 5pm and on weekends. I dog sit as well and the dogs LOVE the back yard. Will never have both clients at the same time though. Your dog/ dogs will be the only ones here during your booking. Lots of trees so there's always both sun and shade depending on your preference. I've found it challenging to juggle setting up the sniff spot space on short notice so I'm trying out just offering the space and fewer amenities at a lower price. Chairs are available near the house if youd like to take them into the sniffspot area. Just put any dog waste bags in the big green trash can in the driveway on your way out. The easiest way to figure out how to enter the sniffspot space is to enter through the driveway then turn left and enter the other wooden gate. The backyard area with the treehouse is not the sniffspot area as it is not as secure. Please do not unleash your dogs until they are secured in the sniffspot area.
8ac farmhouse property with plenty of options for your dogs to roam around and play. There's grassy areas and gravel spots to pick from. Very private, quiet, and tucked away in the back away from the main road. We don't have any pets, so yours will be the only ones on the property, and we're rarely home. Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans available at the side of the house across from the shed. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested as well as some swings for kids closerbtonthe house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property.
Great space with new fence for your dog’s recreation. Inside parking spaces for your convenience. Toy for the dogs, canopy and furniture for guests. Beautiful lights for you to stay longer at night.

Beautiful yard in Arlington Heights with patio table and seating. Dog bowls with water are on the patio. More water is available from the hose by the side door (April-Oct).
Large, fully fenced yard with several mature trees that provide plenty of shade. The yard backs to a wooded area that sometimes has animals walking by (deer and fox.)

Fire pit available for use (for bookings of at least one hour) Comfy lawn chairs added (7/22) Check out our reviews! Please feel free to take and post pictures of your visit. We have dogs of our own but keep them inside during bookings by default but you can request for them to come out and as long as somebody is home during your visit then we are more than happy to let Shiva, Loki, and Lilly out to play! Patio Heater now available for the winter months! And our playground chips received a fresh covering for the 2024 season installed in Feb! All earnings will be donated to a couple of smaller rescue groups, including Pets With Disabilities - http://petswithdisabilities.org; Lizzy's Lodge Rescue - https://www.lizzyslodgerescue.org/ and more recently added Miri's Legacy, Angel's Among Us Pet Rescue, Big Dog Ranch Rescue, Lost Ball Canine Rescue, HART and Lost Dog & Cat Rescue Foundation - each month. Any funds left over go to pledges for harder to adopt out pups on death row in overcrowded kill shelters, so rescue groups can pull them out. We have a very private fenced in yard, we would like to offer up to any other pups who might enjoy some freedom! Lots of availability for weekdays too. We have a natural wooded yard that borders a county park on one side, with a 6ft wooden fence all the way around the property, and a side entry gate. The ground cover is the soft playground wood chips, specifically designed to be comfortable for all kinds of furbabies! Endless amounts of smells and sniffing opportunities from all the local wildlife that frequent our yard. Good space for long runs, frisbee, tennis ball, soccer ball action for the energetic pups, and plenty of space for meandering, or just lounging around in the sun spots for the more mature pups. The yard has sunny areas and plenty of natural shade from the trees. You can also enjoy a deck with a patio table, cushioned chairs and lawn chair seating, poop bags, extra dog water bowls, outdoor spigot with hose for water bowl refills, or hose play and elevated feeders for the pups who cannot bend down very well to drink. The public park next to us has several wooded trails, so if your pup has any energy left, it is a nice park to walk. Quiet spread out and very dog friendly neighborhood. Easy parking on the street outside the house, side entry gate but please make sure you click the gate shut when you leave though!
This 1 acre fenced in yard is a dog’s playground heaven. Plenty of room to run and play safely or for doggy exercise. No matter what your plans are you’ll have a great time.
I have a fully fenced in yard next to Penderbrook Golf Course. This is the perfect yard to play frisbee or catch. Dogs love sunning themselves on the lower deck for a rest. I put the doggy pool away for the fall/winter time for my grass to recover. It will be back out in the late Spring/Summer!
Nestled in the middle of a 200acre farm this peaceful setting is dog heaven. Brand new 6 foot high mesh fencing with 6 foot high double mesh gates keep all dogs safe and secure. There is a shelter with windows that open to allow a breeze on a hot day. Chairs and other amenities make this location comfortable year round. Just a few miles from I270 and convenient to Clarksburg, Rockville, Germantown, Gaithersburg and surrounding areas.
Come let your dog romp around my historic home in my fenced acre back-yard. Sit in the tree swing or relax on the bench. Refreshing for dogs and humans! Home adjacent to Goshen Branch Stream Valley Park. Lots of open space and privacy. Help yourself to toys, poop dogs, and water for the dogs inside the smokehouse. Fresh water is put out daily (as long as I'm in town). FREE doggie swimming pool Mondays through the Fridays in the summer months.
Note: We are closing our backyard from 3/15-4/26 in order to grow grass and give you and your pup the best Sniffspot experience! We hope to see you in April! A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water for your pups as we do not provide water. You are welcome to move around chairs to sit or block the stairs, but please be sure to put things back as they were. Summer note: Please bring bug spray and feel free to use the fan on the patio to help with the bugs and heat. Be sure to turn it off when finished.
Large fenced in backyard. Open space to run and play. Patio with umbrella table and four swivel chairs. If the chairs are tipped up onto the table when you arrive, please feel free to put them back down on the patio. I tip them up, as the birds are active in that area, and I am trying to keep the chairs clean of bird poop. Two trees for shade. Various dog toys that are cleaned after each visit. A bag to put used/dirty toys in. A bug zapper with a light that hangs from the umbrella handle. It needs to be turned on and off with the rubber button tabs. I recharge it after visits. A kiddie pool as an extra (June - September). Lights for nighttime play! Please park in the street in front of the house. Enter through the gate on the right side of the house. If I have advance notice and I am home, I will leave a cold bowl of filtered water on the back steps. Bug spray, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, paper towels, dog treats, and a dog first aid kit are in the bin on the umbrella table. If you bring your own bowl and I wasn’t able to leave one out, please feel free to use the hose and water from the spigot on the back of the house to the right of the sunroom behind the umbrella table. Please make sure you turn it off when you are finished. Water to that spigot will be winterized (turned off) once the temperature drops below 32° and will be de-winterized (turned on) in the spring when the temperatures warm up. There will always be a jug of fresh filtered water on the back steps for use. There is a garbage can with a plastic bag in it on the left side of the door to the shed for discarding your poop bags. Please knot your poop bags and make sure the lid is closed tight. The spigot on the right front of the shed is not potable but can be used for cleaning or cooling your dog down. The spigot tends to spray, so stand as far to the left as you can when turning it on if you don’t want to get wet! This system will be winterized (turned off) during the winter months. New toys will be added and rotated on a regular basis. Toys can be found in the plastic bin on the patio table. Please feel free to help yourself to what is in the bin, keeping in mind to leave some clean toys for the next guest in case I am not home to clean them in-between visits. Please place any toys that you used in the bag hanging on the umbrella handle so I know which ones need to be cleaned. After each use, I wash and sanitize each of the toys that were used. I just added a small bug zapper. The bug zapper is hanging from the handle of the umbrella. Push the ON switch to turn it on, and you will see a blue glow. There is also a button to turn a light on that gets brighter in three stages. This bug zapper needs to be charged, so when you leave, please remember to turn it off. Please try to keep your dog from walking into or laying in the decorative grass around the perimeter of the sunroom. In the Spring/Summer there will be an 18 inch high green metal fence in front of the back garden. Please try to keep your dog(s) from jumping the fence so that the flowers can grow and bloom for all of our enjoyment. The wooden bench in front of the garden recently became wobbly, and it may not be stable to sit on. I am looking into getting it fixed. I am working on building a designated digging area and will notify guests as soon as it is complete. Please disregard any bare spots in the grass. I am trying to dig out and get rid of the patches of crabgrass that has taken over the yard since opening Snoopy’s SniffSpot, due to not using any pesticides or chemicals for the safety of the dogs. These bare areas will be reseeded as soon as possible. I may end up putting short fences around the newly seeded areas in order to keep the spot open and keep the seeded areas able to grow. Thanks for your understanding about this.
