Quiet street in pleasant neighborhood just off 694 and Silver Lake Road. Fully fenced and easy access from the street. Relax near the "dog" pool while your dog explores the yard for new and interesting smells. Mostly open yard with a path through a woodsy pollinator area in back. Kiddie pool and hose available in summer, plus a tiny inground pond for cooling off. What the yard lacks in a aesthetics it makes up for in smells. Our yard is fully fenced with lots of room to run and scents to smell! Our long yard is great for throwing a ball, zoomies, running after bunnies or squirrels and rolling in the grass! Tons of space to enjoy and no dogs in neighboring houses! We are on a corner lot with a lot of areas to explore in summer and winter! On a corner so people/dogs may walks by occassionally.

****Our neighbors across the street are repaving their driveway so there is some temporary construction noise to be aware of. **Formerly Pink Pitbull Club** We used to bring our dogs here to Pink Pitbull Club, and when the opportunity to buy came along we jumped on it. We have one reactive girl who has just loved having a huge yard to play and not worry about other people and dogs, I'm sure your pups will love it as well! The front gate is remotely controlled to let guests in, and a button on the inside of the gate for whenever you need to leave. There is a ring camera set up for when you arrive, just ring the bell, I'll say hello and let you in :). There's also a ring camera right on the inside of the gate in case you need anything during your visit. I'm happy to chat on the app for any folks that are Deaf/HOH to get in or need help. The yard is 5ft fence with a privacy screen. There are trees and shrubs for your pups to sniff and explore, as well as a wide open lawn perfect for fetch. There are parkour options and a ball pit in the back of the yard and a toy box up near the gate.

Please note if using this access point, if the two Bernese mountain dogs across the street are outside, they most likely will come and say hi. They are both very friendly. It is out of my control to prevent this from happening. Perhaps a good training opportunity with your dog? Or if you want to avoid this from happening, please use parking option two directly across the street from my house. And enter through the chain link gate between my house and the neighbor. The neighbor on the shared fence side does have two small dogs. And the surrounding neighbors have dogs as well. Again, it is out of my control when they will be outside. The patio furniture on the deck is available for you to use while your dog is exploring.
