Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Owners dogs will be inside during your reserved times. Occasionally the train goes by. One bowl of water will be provided upon request. Back yard has two sections that are gated off but you can open gate. Please close this gate and main entrance gate prior to leaving the property.

Shaded off road parking. We have several separated yards that include digging areas, pool and sprinkler area dog grooming station, chairs and a fire pit. Y’all come!

Lots of lawn and woods for pups to run! I have a friendly sheepadoodle too if your pup wants a playmate. A large pond is also accessible for dog paddlers. This is in Kingsmill a gated community but just give the guard your name and Malone at 17 Whittakers and I will have you on my guest list. If you want directions from either gate to my house in addition to your gps the guard will do that too.

There is also a walking path that goes down to the lake behind my property. Looking forward to hosting you and your puppy! Please clean up after your pet and stay out of the sheds. Bring your furry friends for a little outside time. We have a decent sized fenced in back yard. There is a chair and umbrella for your comfort. The teal bowl will be filled with fresh drinking water for the dogs. I do have a small raised garden, as of now nothing is planted so don’t stress if your furry friends get curious. When I do plant stuff I plan to have a cover but accidents do happen, all I ask is that you try to avoid the garden. Private, quiet neighborhood—yard has a grassy area for ball tossing and a “feral” area for diggers and explorers. Park in front of gate (on grass/gravel mix). Hose to refill water dish to the right of screened porch. Fully 4’ fenced—combo of chicken wire (buried to protect paws) and concrete blocks stopped our little escapee (RIP 😇).

The yard is on a corner lot and is completely fenced in. The yard stays well kept. You will also have access to a covered porch with chairs. Doggy bags be be available as well as a trash can. Water will also be provided.

Large deck overlooking the entire yard with a beautiful wooded backdrop. 3 access gates provide easy in and out. Even take your dogs for a quiet walk thru the woods if you want! Our yard is completely fenced in and we have redundant gates, to make sure any escape artists don't get loose, while entering or leaving. We provide fresh bowls of water, which are washed between each dog visit. We also have a brand new deck, where you and your pooch can lounge in the sun, as well as many shady areas.

*BACKYARD ONLY- FRONT YARD IS OFF LIMITS DUE TO GARDEN AREA* Access backyard by going through front yard, gate will be on the left of the house to access the back. Covered porch area in back with seating. Will have hand sanitizer and bug spray available. Poop bags will be available as well - please clean up after your dogs and throw bags away in garbage bin (by front gate of the house). Agility tunnel is available to use, may or may not be placed out already - if not it will be on the back porch. Dog toys will be available on the porch as well in a little bin. Outdoor kids play house will be available to use, but the trampoline is OFF LIMITS. please do not use the trampoline. Please do not allow dogs to dig. Dog wash station is free to use. Hose will be located on the side by the trampoline, the faucet to turn it on is in front of the house by the front door (there is a hose splitter - make sure the one to the back yard is switched on also).
