This lovely horse pasture doubles as a private dog park. Horses will not be in the pasture when used for Sniffspot. Let your dog roam our 1 acre 3-board fenced pasture. Plenty of running and playing space. Dogs on property in another fenced area. Horses, donkeys, pigs, sheep, farm dogs can be viewed from pasture.

Pull all the way past the house down to the RED Barn. Enter yard through barn doors. 50% off Your 2nd, 3rd 4+ Dogs! I take pride in maintaining this Sniffspot. 3 acres enclosed for dog training. Private land, mowed regularly. I maintain these grounds daily and it’s generally poop free. There is also unfenced open space for use. feel free to walk the property line. Gate entrance is to the left of the garage. You are able to park along the road or in the driveway. Please be mindful not to block any vehicles in & we will do the same. Feel free to sit and relax on the patio or by the fire pit. We have mature trees, so there is plenty of shade. 💧 There is a hose on the larger patio if you need to fill the water bowl. 🚮 We have a small trash can located by the shed.
