90 minute time slot. We have an open 70 acres surrounding a private pond with a trail thru the fields and woods around nature. The time allotment is 90 minutes only. We ask that our guests park by the barn and go straight to the lake then to the left around the lake. Trails are marked. It is about a 1 mile trail or more. trails are not plowed open in the winter but are perfect for snow shoeing, hiking an fat tire bikes in the snow on the trails or perfect spring to fall on the maintained trails.

Chairs and tables provided for you as well as toys & water for your dogs. Since we're partially fenced (3 sides) we have 20 and 30 ft tieouts if your pup's recall isn't perfect. Plenty of seating for humans underneath a shaded gazebo, with a table and basic amenities for guest use. Please be aware that we do have other dogs in the neighborhood. A nice big backyard, in a moderately quiet corner of Richfield. Plenty of room for some zoomies or fetch! ❗️recently added some DIY agility equipment We’re near to the airport, two preschools, apartments, and Target. The privacy fence blocks most of the visuals, but it can get a bit noisy with kids playing and planes overhead. There’s a couple neighborhood dogs, a few bark from inside their homes. We have a resident cat who will occasionally snooze in the window sill. ⚠️ the neighbor dog is occasionally an escape artist and will wander over from across the street to sniff the green space next to our yard. If your pup is dog reactive, this might not be the spot for you.
