There’s plenty of room to roam safely along the edges of the fields and through the woods. Some trails cut through the forested sections for shaded walks and adventure. Important for your visit: • Please drive down to the last barn and park. • Please stay within the property boundaries — we’ve included clear photos in the listing showing fences, markers, and property lines to help you navigate easily. • Please pick up after yourself and your dog as there are no trash cans on site. • As a working farm, you may occasionally see or hear light farm activity (equipment, crops, etc.), but the chances are low during Sniffspot bookings. Your dog will have tons of space to enjoy the rural setting without interference. Rarely but occasionally we have some family at the property, they won’t interfere with Sniffspot guest This is a fantastic spot for dogs who enjoy open running space, exploring nature trails, cooling off near the pond, and experiencing a real Virginia farm atmosphere. Sophia's Fully Fenced 0.25 acre Yard For Dogs To Rent in the City

Our yard is around .25 acres and fully fenced with a 6ft privacy fence. Only 5 minutes from downtown! We do have a deck (perfect for throwing that ball!) and a patio. We live on a cul-de-sac so parking can be a bit wonky but there are usually spaces available or you’re welcome to pull into our driveway if one of our cars is not there. ***please read*** There’s been a recent disturbance in the lot behind our yard, some developer is cutting down trees and possibly paving a road to a housing unit that has yet to be built. At the moment we’re not sure exactly what is happening but we are gathering more info and will hopefully have a timeline of how long this construction work will be. If your dog is afraid of loud machinery, you may want to reschedule your visit for a Sunday. As of now that seems to be the only day of the week they’re not working back there. We are very sad this is happening near our yard, as part of the reason we bought this house was the privacy we felt in our back yard. Please bare with us as we try to navigate this situation, we will post updates as we get them. We totally understand if you choose to cancel your visit!

Close to 1/2acre of mowed grass with a good mix of sunshine and shade, and plenty of dog smells to enjoy! Fully fenced with 4' picket fencing, 3 gates with latches. I do a poop scoop at least 2-3x weekly so I can't guarantee spotless perfection but I'll do my best to clean up before scheduled visits- please do the same:) There is ample seating for human guests and a table. Patio gets sun from midday to early evening, 2 umbrellas provide shade.

Outdoor fire pit, table with two chairs on back deck, trampoline, water hose, outdoor trash can (front ) If you need a place to let your pups play and run while relaxing, beware I do have my own pup (Pitt/bully mix girl (Chloe) ) but she will be indoors when company is over and on a leash if outside)

Please come let your pups run around in our large Lakeside yard! Our 3 pups (sometimes 4 if we have a foster) love all the open space, so we hope yours will too. We will try to always leave a towel and some little treats up on the deck, so you’re more than welcome to help yourself to anything up there! There should be a bucket of toys, poop baggies in a ziploc bag that are likely inside of the weatherproof tub by the deck stairs, a pooper scooper and a hose etc, so please feel free to use any of it as needed.

Fully fenced (4 foot fence) yard with a large pond (no swimming for dogs). Lots of space to run around and some fun paths and wooded areas. We do have neighbors with a dog, but he’s not always out. Neighbors also walk their dog in our neighborhood just in case you have a very dog reactive pet.
