Come roam our 7 acres including fields, backyards, and separate isolated training spaces. Our farm offers all the new sniffs like goats, chickens and horses safely contained and used to dogs. There are also often deer spotted on the edges of the fields! Use our 1 acre adjacent private field that has NO animals within sight for additional areas to run and play. Farm has many water access points, indoor shelter in case of inclimate weather. You are welcome to also bathe your dogs outside. A great opportunity to let your dog be a dog on or off leash! *If off leash please have a good recall as this farm is not completly fence contained and backs up to wooded areas

I have a large field area that’s half an acre Surrounded by beautiful woods. I plan to fence it in the future but now it is unfenced We have bench chairs shade. If your dog loves to explore we have 8 acres of raw woods with trails. Feel free to bring your dog and go for a hike! We have seen many hawks soaring there the sky & bald eagles!

We have a total of four acres located in the back yard, however; only one of those acres is fenced in. Behind our fenced in area we have a beautiful trail through the woods that is a great space to walk your dogs (on leash). Our fenced in area is a great spot to have your dogs romp around. If it is hot outside, we will have a baby pool for the doggos to cool off! We have two border collies that get all of their energy out in this space, who will be indoors while any other friends are using the space.

Gate entrance is to the left of the garage. You are able to park along the road or in the driveway. Please be mindful not to block any vehicles in & we will do the same. Feel free to sit and relax on the patio or by the fire pit. You are able to move the plastic chairs around as needed! We have tall trees, so there is plenty of shade. 💧 There is a hose on the larger patio if you need to fill the water bowl. 🚮 We have a small trash can located by the shed or you can use the big one outside of our garage.

I have a background in Vet Tech, have owned and loved many animals throughout my life and feel my calling is to offer my furry friends the best options we have in life. My yard is one of my favorite parts about owning my home. It's Huge, its open and above all else, my three babies can run to their hearts content. This location will only get better with time. Right now, we have a few agility options and plenty of fetch toys. Stay tuned for more updates as time progresses. We have big plans for this place and hope you will enjoy the journey with us. Update: we have added some comfortable seating & shade for both dog’s and their people. We have also added a small kiddy pool (Large pool is punctured and under repair), lure pole, large/long tug rope and herding ball (Herding Ball has popped and under repair). We’ve got a picnic table, patio set, hammock, WiFi, and lots of space to roam and explore. Driveway parking, dog bags, bug spray, and even a splash pool for the pups. I’m a dog trainer and I run a dog boarding/daycare from my home (hence all the different fenced spaces). When possible, daycare and boarding dogs will be taken indoors during your visit so that you and your pup can have uninterrupted time to play/work together in a quiet environment. This is not always feasible depending on the day/time of your visit and our schedule on any given day. Check in advance if your dog does not do well if they see/hear other dogs, people, or cars. The main SniffSpot is currently about 7,000 sq ft in our side field, which is perfect for running, playing fetch, working on recall and other obedience commands, and is full of smells to sniff out. Upon arriving at the Meadow Farm dog park, please pull in the drive to the house to park feel free to explore all around the yard and across the driveway into the grass fields in the backyard is a fully fenced small area. Also, there is a picnic table that can be used as well as a swing. You’ll notice that there is a pond in the backyard where your dog can play. On the property you’ll get to see some farm animals as well. Enjoy your time at the Meadow Farm dog park. In the pictures you'll see a few maps, these can be used as a guide to help show property boundaries as well as parking.

We have a mix of gardens, grass, mulch, and leaf areas great for sniffing and playing fetch and a bin full of fun toys and treats. We have a special basket of small dog toys upon request. We provide cold water for humans, bug spray, and hand sanitizer. We spray our yard every 5 weeks with a natural oil mix to help reduce mosquitos, fleas, and ticks. Reactive dog owners should note that our neighbors on both sides have dogs that may or may not be outside during your visit. They are all friendly but will probably bark. (No dogs live in the yard with the chain link but there are visible dogs two yards over) We provide a bucket of extra treats to help with training and distraction. An abundance of wildlife live in the woods so don’t be surprised by a random deer, rabbits, raccoons and such. With rural areas also comes briars, thorns, uneven ground, mole tunnels, and of course, ticks and mosquitoes the further you venture. So come prepared! You will encounter nature especially in the spring and summer. The Burton Family Farm is a family-owned, 49-acre farm. It’s open, clear land, with a 3 acre pond, a beautiful spot in Holly Corner. Someone is at home, on the property, 24 hours a day. Easy to get to, we are located right off route 17 & 5 miles from 95, right behind Stafford Lakes. My family has lived in Holly Corner since the 1800s, it is safe and quiet. Come enjoy the fresh air, beautiful view, relaxing farm with your dog or dogs! We are a different type of a working farm, as we provide storage and camping on the property and we also grow hay. There is many areas on the farm that one can go that you cannot see others, the road or the other side of the farm. Enjoy your visit!
