While there are children in the home, they will not be in the yard when you are. However, please give me a heads up if your dog isn't a fan of children and I'll be extra sure to keep them inside. What you get: •1 acre lawn, with drainage (no puddles 🫠) •1/4 acre playground-certified wood chip run •Picnic table with umbrella 🧺 •Warm water garden hose wash💦 •Customer washroom🚻 The property is located on an organic blueberry farm so you can rest assure there is no chance of pesticides used on or around it. Bathroom available on site is now located in an outhouse close to where you park your car. Please let us know if it needs cleaning it is checked throughout the day. SMOKE FREE ZONE. Pick up after dogs, garbage bin provided. There is a barn hose if you need water text or call glenn 2508962860. There are a few seniors visiting with mobility issues which is taken into consideration when there is poop left behind. You can always message me and let me know a general area and I can try to run out and pick it up between the next visit. There are some small gaps in the fence, so this is a great spot for large and medium sized dogs. Not a spot recommended for small dogs. Please keep dogs leashed until you are in the designated enclosed area. There is a 30 minute gap between bookings so you dont run into a dog leaving the field. It’s a fully fenced back yard. As you walk down the stairs that lead past the main entrance and through the wooden gate, you will notice several security cameras belonging to the lady upstairs and myself. The back yard past the corner of the house is not monitored by camera. From the patio to the edge of the grass is fairly small, you’ll notice another set of stairs leading down the centre of the yard, to a mid level, sloped area. And another small path along the left fence line that leads to a third lower level area that is more unkept than the two levels above, it has large trees, blackberry bushes that are very sharp, and I suggest caution for the smaller fur-babies that dare to go that far down. There are doggy-waste bags available for waste removal. Anywhere in the yard is fine, except the far right fence line where my small strip of vegetable beds are located. Humans may use the washroom in the house, with all basic hygiene products available. The hose and kiddie pool is available for use free, upon request. I will be reached via Sniffspot app chat or a knock on the glass sliding door, should you need me. Otherwise after the initial meeting I will be inside, minding my own business.
