A good half mile from Route 234 (Dumfries Road) in the Woodbine Woods region of the Manassas historic District, the lot has over a quarter acre of open yard, light but old growth woods and a small stream just past the woodline. The forest offers deer, squirrels, foxes and a wide variety of birds (I believe i saw a mated pair of Kestrels). Some neighbors have dogs (there are two cats in my house that live in the windows to watch the outside world) and there is a highly qualified professional Dog Trainer in the area (details available on request).

Open & fresh air & has a lovely view. Completely doggy fenced. Wood with wire. The yard has a slope as it is on a hill although quite a bit of it is flat. Come check us out if you like peace, tranquility & and a zen atmosphere despite being right off of Route 7.

Parking is in front of the property on the grass, in front of the mailbox. Walk back to the right side of property and wnter through the door. Once you enter the property, you can let your fur baby or babies off leash to explore. In the daytime, your fur baby has about 1 acre of land to explore. Scents of dogs, squirrels, bunnies and even a neighborhood fox are in the air. There are two white benches to sit on which can be moved. One side has large trees that provide a lot of shade on hot days. There is a covered pergola for you to stand or sit on the two rocking chairs, which is wonderful when it rains. There is also a covered back porch to stand in case of rain. There is a beautiful pond with koi and goldfish, the water is safe for dogs but we also leave clean bowls out that can be filled with 2 available garden hoses. There is a bucket of chuck-it balls on top of a bench near the Trashcan. For clean up there is a Trashcan and pooper scooper or you may use your own bags. In the night-time, we have torch lamps around the property as well lighted collars or lights to attach to a collar. This will make it easy to see your pup when he or she gets close to the fence. Larger friends love catching a frisbee, fetch, chasing the squirrels on the fence, running around the yard, or taking a dip in the outdoor pond. One of his friends just loves to gallop like a horse around the property or chase squirrels on the fence. The newest edition is the treadmill (small to medium dogs only) for use especially on rainy or snowy days. Treadmill for large dogs coming next year! Water bowl and water provided upon request. We are pretty flexible - let us know what we could do to make your next visit more enjoyable for your pup.

Over 10 acres with a pond in the middle. There are two paddocks that are fenced in for the horses. Now I can keep the Sniffspot area separate from where the horses graze. Home to various wildlife. This is a great area, a farm secluded in the middle of Manassas. There is a large field on the side of the house that is mowed and maintained. Behind the field there is a wooded area that you can also explore with a small fence that will show you the boundary. There are some trails maintained and mowed throughout the wooded area as well. We are adjacent to the 234 bypass but a line of trees shield you from the sight of cars. There are no domestic animals here anymore but the fields are still here and beautiful. There is plenty of room for you and your dog to run around and enjoy some peace, quiet, and freedom!! You can throw your Frisbee or ball as far as you want! There is a covered little seating area and a hose for freshwater or if you need to hose down some feet. There is a trash can available and easy parking. I hope you enjoy this area as much as we do it's a beautiful place and we want to share it.

Your pups can take a swim in the pond or splash around in the beautiful crystal clear creek on the backside of the property. There are otters in the pond so be watchful that your fur babies don’t have a negative interaction with the wildlife. We only host one booking at a time so the full 20.56 acres will be yours for the time you reserve. Additionally this property has three main areas. At the base of the driveway, you will find a forested area with clearing to sit in the shade and let your pups play with the available dog toys or explore. Make your way to the back of that first main area to begin your first nature trail which leads you straight to the beautiful 7 acre pond where more seating is available. From the pond there’s another winding trail that takes you through the backside of the forest and then opens up on Back Creek. Parking: You can park at the top of the driveway, on the side of the road, or you can bring your vehicle down the driveway. For small cars it is recommended To park at the top of the driveway due to unlevel terrain. Before you leave the property: please clean up all of your dog waste and dispose of in the waste bins along with any trash. And please place the dog toys back in the bin.
